My car was stolen from the hotel parking lot during the week of Thanksgiving. It was parked directly next to the hotel "security" tower in hopes that the activity would be recorded. Hotel management said there was no footage of the incident. Police asked for footage and management said the police force would need to "request" the footage. After my car was stolen, I never heard anything from hotel management. No apologies, no information on what they would do to improve in the future, no information on the footage, nothing. No rental car, nothing at all to help with the situation. No stay credits or anything. I was just totally stranded during the Thanksgiving holiday.

On top of this, we witnessed multiple vehicles being stolen or broken into during our stay in Fall/Winter of 2023 for the two months we were there. There were car alarms going off almost every day and night. We also saw strange men in the parking lot with backpacks and one man asked us "where do you live" when we were walking through the parking lot. There is a paid security vehicle who camps out during the night, but during the day cars are still getting stolen. Mine was stolen about 2pm.

While the car thefts were going on, management decided to put up signs requiring you to scan and pay for parking. So, guests scan and pay, and then their cars are still vandalized or stolen off of the hotel parking lot. You have to rescan and pay every week. What are you actually getting from this, since it definitely isn't security? I just thought it was extremely crass, especially since these pay parking requirements popped up while vehicles were being stolen. As if, it's not enough that your car was stolen.. you also have to pay for parking and then have your car stolen. And then never hear back from hotel management

The restaurant in the hotel has serious service problems. It was too difficult finding times that the restaurant was open because the hours are inconsistent, and then we received notes on our door about 4 times during our stay saying that the restaurant would be closed. My friend ordered a breakfast burrito and it took over an hour. When he asked the attendant where his food was, she got a burrito and put it in a microwave. Management then issued a food voucher, but it expired the next day and they would not honor the voucher. I was just shocked the hotel was actually open another day.

There is no printer in this hotel. There is a station that is for "Boarding Passes" with a counter and a hole in the wall where a printer is supposed to go, but no printer. We had to go to the library to get our documents printed. This is extremely inconvenient for guests who are traveling for work, which I imagine are the vast majority of guests.

There is one washer and dryer for the entire hotel, for all guests on all 6 floors. The washer and dryer were very worn down and did not smell good. The dryer also does not dry your clothes after an hour, still wet like they just came out of the wash. The washer and dryer holds a $7 dollar charge on your card for each machine. Other amenities were lacking, such as the shower which when you turn it on the hose falls off the rack and sprays water kind of like in a cartoon, but it's not funny when the whole bathroom is dripping wet. The wifi was terrible, requiring multiple log ins each day. You log in, and then it just fails to connect.

Overall, we were very disappointed in our stay. I'm not sure who is actually running this place, because there are 3 managers and none of them were able to tell me how they could help me with the stolen car situation from their hotel. Their contact cards don't include regional management either, so you're out of luck here if you have any problems during your stay.

We had a few issues while our 5 days stay.

First; One if the members in our party needed an accessible room for wheelchair.
Although bathroom very large and accessible, the rest of the room was not as you can see from photo below.
The would have to stop and climb over bed s to get to window or refrigerator. Not good.
Second; The description of hotel said rooms had microwave, we assumed in rooms as it was listed with mini fridge. No, there is one in hotel in the market.

Third; There was to be free breakfast. Turned out to be coffee, oranges or bananas.

They did have a Bistro that offered at handfull of items for breakfast, at about $13 that comes in a box.

They also served Starbucks coffee so you can purchase that latte that you like.

The last annoying was that they said they had free wifi. Actually, if you want a secure wifi and not the street wifi, you have to pay an extra $9.50 a day.
We found this out on last day as lady at front desk when we first asked about wifi, said nothing about purchasing it. More acted like it was our tuff luck if we didnt want public wifi.

The TV is mostly streaming services on a flat screen. If you dont sign in on an account you pay for, no HBO.

You can get local news for free however.

There was also suppose to be this cool passport station that we could utilize. We found the sign, but there was nothing there.

Another fun thing was there was a man who must have been a manager, every morning about 7am, he stood in a doorway (of maybe a housekeeping room?) Who spoke in a loud booming voice that shot down the hall. Both rooms could clearly hear him. He was also not afraid to use profanity as the F bomb was dropped a few time while talking about what needed done. Not nice to get woke up to.

We were never offered fresh towels, trash was not removed, no one ever came in to straighten our rooms.
At checkout the lady said you have to ask for housekeeping?!? That was new.

The area seemed nice. There are lots of restaurants around. Easy to get around.
I would recommend however, another hotel. This one seems like it was a nice hotel, a few years ago!

The accommodations and friendly staff are exceptional!!! I've stayed here many times and the cleanliness of hotel and friendliness of hotel staff have never disappointed me. There are several very close near by restaurants if someone wanted a choice ( and hotel has great options as well). This hotel is close to not just the airport but so many other nearby places in Denver. Special thanks to Destiny my front desk clerk on my recent visit for her warm welcome and excellent customer service! She made my day.. I look forward to my return

Stayed for 3 nights before a trip, it was a great room. Very clean, hot water, good water pressure. Loved the microwave and smart fridge in the room. Good amount of storage and great service. I love that they have waters and mints available to just grab at the front desk. The market was very overpriced, but you pay for convenience. I enjoyed a grilled cheese and tomato soup at the bistro. Very very good. The pepperoni flatbread is good too! The airport shuttle came right on time with no issues. Id say about 10-15 minutes to the airport. Would stay here again!

A really clean and well decorated place. Bathrooms with showers are really nice. We were surprised to see that it exceeded our expectations. We were here for 2 days waiting on family to head up to Winter Park. They do have refrigerators and coffee pots in the room. Large tv with charging stations on each side of the bed. Not free breakfast but a great selection of choices. Starbucks coffee too! For the price I don't think we could have done better. A lot of places to walk and eat or get delivery. We did have some trouble with the airport shuttle system. I will tell you it's not organized as far as pick up. People will rush to get in after you've stood there and waited & it's almost a fight to try to fit on the thing. Not a pleasant experience and that's the only negative.

Had a great stay there, people were very friendly. They had a huge Jenga game to play in the lobby area, fireplace, seating, it was fun. The people at check-in were great. The room was wonderful, seem to be very modern and had a couch and a king size bed updated smart TV.

We had a red eye flight so we did the park and stay, they also offered a free shuttle. I WOULD stay there again.

Elizabeth at Courtyard is awesome. We had to make a late reservation due to our connecting flight being canceled. She helped us through a quick checking, got us a late checkout and couple other percs. Great job Elizabeth!

New hotel located near the airport.

It is a smaller hotel but very clean and modern. The lobby is nicely decorated and they have a Starbucks and small bar/bistro.

My room was very clean, spacious, and modern. The highlights for me was the very large flat panel tv, wet bar with a sink and glass front fridge, automatic shades, modern decor, and hardwood faux floors in the bathroom and entryway.

The hotel has a 24 hour airport shuttle and is in walking distance to several restaurants.

Not a bad place but not worth the 40% mark up they added on January 1. Loyal Bonvoy Gold Elite member who won't be back.

This place is located very close to nearby eateries which is a plus on my book.

Customer Service is pretty good. The staff at front desk were very helpful. The cleaning crew was also friendly.

Dining in the hotel is okay. Probably better in the morning than at night. They have a few deals after 5p fir alcoholic drinks at the bar.

The marketplace inside the hotel is pretty expensive, higher than the airport. A 20 oz soda is like $2.75 and most of their products are Pepsi so if you like Coke like I do, better stop at gas station and get some. High prices as well for water, sandwiches, and ice cream but you pay for the convenience I guess.

The room was good overall. Bed is firm but pillows need to be updated. The ones we got felt like kids have bounced on it over 100 times. Didn't get much good sleep and then with some maintenance as well, they wake you up as early as 8am. Guess a restful vacation was not something considered.
