Just right for overnight now. Is close to DFW airport. All required amenities are here. I would stay again. Front desk staff guys were very helpful finding us very good food options nearby last night, Easter evening when many food options are closed for the day. And again this morning as I was inquiring about available meds for minor issues. The cafe here opens, think they said 630a, and Starbucks coffees will be available.

Standard courtyard, but convenient if you want to stay in las colinas! Probably the best option for the price
Food: only stayed for breakfast which was 630-930, but the service was great! I loved that they have a full coffee area. The breakfast menu is not customizable though/they are preheated sandwiches so he aware of that. I got the avocado toast which was good
Housekeeping/services : I think you have to request housekeeping so they didn't service my room so I can't speak to that
The room: was a standard courtyard. There was a funky smell in my room but not sure if it was just mine. I did enjoy the full sized toiletries and you can request extra lotion and amenities if you need it!
Misc: Indoor and outdoor pool looked nice and there's a gym and for purchase pantry on the first floor as well.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jim W.Denver, CO02Aug 23, 2023

Hotel staff was nice and accommodating. Room was small and layout not suitable to watch tv. Restaurant that was supposed to be opened was closed. Front doors were not working because power went out earlier. Old hotel.

This hotel is an ok spot to crash. I stayed 3 nights for a conference close by and it met my needs. I will say that the walls between rooms are thin, but I live in an apartment in a big/busy city so it didn't bother me too much. They have a bistro in the lobby, but the dinner menu is fairly limited and nothing really tempting to order. I ended up using DoorDash for the 1 night I ate at the hotel.
The fitness room and indoor/outdoor pools are what you would expect for a hotel, but there is an adorable outside seating area with a fire pit. Unfortunately, it was too cold at the time of my visit for me to utilize.
It was a nice spot for something like a conference where I was gone 7am to 6pm regularly and routinely fed, but if I had more free time at the hotel I'm not sure I'd chose this location again in chilly weather.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Lisa B.Midland, TX0466Nov 3, 2021
Nice hotel we stay here at least once per month. Quiet clean no bugs. Comfy beds and the reason we come back INTERNET TV. you'd be shocked to know how hard it is to find this rare unicorn. But why not offer real complimentary coffee in the lobby?? Decaf please. And real cream. Please. Please

Decent Courtyard Hotel in Irving.
Like all (most) their lobby is the latest version, which is actually quite comfortable. However, the rooms are just ok.
The thing that drives me nuts here, is that they have the nerve to charge for parking! Here, really?Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Patrick E.Forney, TX07216Aug 21, 2018
This hotel charges $7.00 per night for parking.
There's nothing telling you this until you book the room and it comes up at the very bottom of the confirmation page. Tripadvisor and Expedia still show free parking, but beware.
I asked the hotel to waive the parking fee (because I think it's ridiculous for a suburban hotel of this quality to charge it and no other hotels in the area charge for parking), but they declined the request.
There are nicer hotels in this price point, where they value repeat customers.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jo D.Cincinnati, OH118146Oct 15, 2017
Enjoyed my stay here last week. Hotel is a standard Courtyard, they are literally identical at every location. However staff were very friendly, breakfast was good and staff at the bar super helpful.
The main issues were a musty methane , awful smell in the hallways on the second floor, I couldn't detect it on the ground floor but it was very strong on the second. And the walk from the elevator, there is a really weird layout and my room was so far away, it's only a small issue but anyone with mobility issues would really struggle, so if you have issues ask for room closer to the elevator.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
