Seriously, the front desk guy, Chris, DENIED our SERVICE DOG entrance to the breakfast area in a rude & very humiliating way. We ate on a couch in the lobby. Our room had a hole in the wall for GOD KNOWS WHAT. Stuffed underwear in it. The was NO SOAP or sundries of any type & when I asked for some, front desk lady, Tashara, acted like I was trying to SCAM HER out of her own personal shampoos! AND THE KICKER, the toilet kept clogging & couldn't flush. NO. Never. Again.

Newly renovated. Clean rooms comfy beds. Nice and friendly staff! The breakfast was actually very good its free and it included basics such as eggs, sausage, bacon, bagels, biscuits, yogurt, coffee, and several types of cereals. It's the perfect pit stop to rest for the night. We usually stop in Valdosta when traveling to North Carolina or Tennessee. The price was reasonable as well.

No one mentioned when I booked that half the hotel is under renovation. Walked in the lobby greeted with paint fumes and taped walls. Had to watch kids double time so they didn't touch anything. Once we got past the smell of the paint, the hotels smell kicked in which is a mixture of straight BO and mildew. Just bad smells all around. The room was decent enough and the bed was comfy but the sheets weren't really clean.
The counter staff was rude and indifferent. Didn't smile at any point to anyone. Will not be staying again and good lord the price was comparable to every other WAY better hotel in the area $190 a night for this crapHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Adelaide E.GA, GA0187Mar 19, 2023
We were impressed at the design on the outside its beautiful but on the inside of the rooms its meh the colirs and the bed was not comfy i was scared to even lay on the pillows fearing lice because infact there was a cockroach in the bathroom corner i dont recomend staying here unless its needed also THE POOL WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION? Was super disappointed because we booked this hotel for the indoor pool.

Stayed here on the way to North Carolina in August. The hotel was nice enough but in need of an update. Our hotel room had a very comfortable bed, but the hardware in the bathroom was totally mismatched, the corners of the bathroom were dark and dirty, especially near the tub, where water splashes out.
The lobby was nice, the breakfast buffet was Ok. There was hot cereal, eggs, sausage and the usual things you'd find at a middle range hotel.
At night, out on the front porch, there was a homeless man sleeping in one of the rockers. (I honestly thought this was very sweet, he was safe and not harming anyone.)
The staff was very pleasant, especially the guy at evening check in.Helpful 7Thanks 0Love this 7Oh no 0 - Len K.Taylorsville, GA0252Jul 14, 2022
Purchased a room off Priceline. Lobby was under renovation, but not an issue for us. Checking was smooth. Our room was very clean and bed was comfy.
Price included a continental breakfast that was good. Nothing special but adequate. We were satisfied with our stay here.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Tameka R.Perimeter Center, Atlanta, GA11648Jun 26, 2021
This was the worse hotel I've stayed in. First of all the room was dirty and smelled like mildew. The refrigerator was broken, I had to put my drink in the freezer portion which only cooled it slightly. Their rooms were overpriced for an old outdated hotel. Breakfast consisted of a banana, orange and a muffin in a plastic bag . A breakfast area with a juice machine, coffee canister packs of instant oatmeal and grits. No waffle maker basically Sam's club special. For $187 a night I expected more. I probably would have had a better stay at motel 6.

A dirty, smelly, old, run down place. Poorly managed property., everything is dent, dinged and scratched. Nothing worked and had tapped signs apologizing for being broken or out of order.
Do NOT stay at this nasty place!!!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Ryan B.Marianna, FL6135Aug 18, 2018
This hotel can only be rated as acceptable.
The linen, beds are clean and comfy.
The pillows are weird, small 14" squares, which I don't understand.
The rooms include a flat hdmi compatible tv with basic channels, a small refrigerator, microwave and an electronic safe inside the closet.
The bathtub lacked some cleaning and had black scum rising out of the drain as soon as I turned it on.
Our room's little "hotel type lock" was broken in the middle, and wasn't useful for any type of security.
The indoor pool-hot tub area was slightly unclean and showed signs of wear and dry rot.
Walls are very thin. I heard every door open and close all night long.
The free WiFi is unusable and slow.
Staff is pleasant and professional when not sitting in the office watching YouTube on their phones.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
