Adison H.SoMa, San Francisco, CA01Jun 10, 2022I enjoyed shopping at Cool Vapes for quite some time. The manager (Bailey I think??) was so sweet and always very helpful. However, the other employees have been quite rude to me. They are far from helpful and do not seem to be interested in helping customers. Apparently, Bailey is no longer working at the store and she was the only reason I ever came in because she's super patient, but I guess I will not be returning again. All of the employees are rude as h*ll. Don't go here.
