This was my first time scheduling service at Coleman. I had bought my 2018 Buick Encore at a different dealership which was located far away from my residence. Having set Coleman as my preferred dealer, I was curious as to their service quality but had to wait until such time that I needed to schedule an appt. That day came today, 6/25/22. In addition to routine oil change, I also had a major issue with what turned out to be my battery - I effectively needed to jump-start my car every time to turn it on (no bueno).
They had their service excellence down to a science. It was a well oiled machine. Behind the service counter was Nicole, she asked all the necessary 1st step questions that needed to be asked, then gave me an estimated waiting time. She actually gave me a couple estimates - which were dependent on hypothetical scenarios (e.g. "if it's 'X' we'll have to do 'Y.' If it's not 'X' then we'll do 'Z'). Ultimately, her original estimated waiting time of 2.5 hours was right on the nose
The cherry on this already great sundae was that the battery change was still under warranty, and I had used 1 of my 2 complimentary service appts obtained at purchase, so my entire visit cost me nothing out of pocket.
Rest assured, I will 100% keep Coleman Buick GMC as my preferred service vendor. And based on how this experience went, when the day comes I need a new Buick, I'm confident they'll have my business there as well.

I went in this dealership to buy a 2024 GMC Terrain. My sales associate was Jesse he seemed very indifferent from the beginning like he didn't care if he sold me a car or not. The 1st problem was very high interest they wanted 10.25% on the loan so I walked out. Hank the sales manager followed behind me and later offered me 6.9% on the loan . I agreed and told the dealership I would pick the car up the following day. My work schedule changed and I asked Jesse if I could pick the vehicle up by 9:30 am instead of 12pm . Jesse was rude and angry on the phone he yelled and said we have a scheduled to keep and don't have time for this. I called the sales manager Hank and told him that I wanted a new sales person to complete the transaction. Hank said NO then Hank told me not to buy the car or come to the dealership. So I wasted time and money putting insurance on a vehicle Hank and his rude associates don't want to sell me . This is the worst dealership I have ever seen and im filling a complaint with the better business beau .Hank Calls me back and think the matter is funny and joking about it.

worst customer experience ever was treated like I didn't matter was treated so rude , disrespected and treated like I was stupid my first time there and last time there I will never go back , yelp wouldn't let me post my review without giving it a star

The service department used to be top notch. They cared and kept you informed during service. I have come here for 10 years and this is the first time I have been disappointed. Always gave 5 stars until now.

just want to give these guys a shoutout , John from internet sales , Eli "salesman" and Eric in finance they all made my purchase super quick and easy I drove out from New York after falling in love with a truck i found online and each and everyone of them answered all my calls and questions and made my buying process awesome just want to say I'd highly recommend this dealership !

Coleman never disappoints! Took delivery of my 2023 Sierra today and once again, Javi and Claudia outdid themselves to deliver an awesome experience and great deal. The loyalty that these two (and the dealership) have shown my family over the years, is why we keep coming back for vehicles time and time again. I bought a pre owned certify car from this dealership that came with a carfax no accident reported. A few months in thru car check I learned that the car was in an accident. I reached out to the used car manager they did not take any responsibility and told me there was nothing they can do. I took the car back for service on numerous occasions the service people treated me like I was not important to them. Just a horrible experience with this dealership after all the charming up before buying the car they all went hiding when it was time to show up for me. I would never buy or refer anyone to this dealership period.....

A problem on multiple occasions with their service department. Understandable if it was a one time thing. Their response is a usual "oh, just bring your car back", as if that is the convenient thing for me to do.

I had a problematic Buick towed to Coleman. The first $1,000 "guessnosis" didn't fix the problem and was advised another $900 repair would resolve the issue. Not a guarantee in sight but I took the bait. When we arrived at $1,000 diagnosis number three, I had the vehicle towed to a local repair shop and there the problem was corrected for $500. Coleman took no ownership nor were they the least bit contrite about making lucrative use of their Magic 8 Ball diagnostic skills and flagrant abuse of my Visa. One star for the excellent coffee in the waiting room.

Excellent dealership , come stop in for a friendly environment, your treated like family , with all that is going on in this crazy time , this dealership takes every safety step to make sure they make you feel safe and secure. Even offer to pick up the car, and drop your vehicle back off to your location, if you don't want to leave your home !
