They work hard at this location. Management needs to hire more people though so the employees aren't left alone on busy days!

Fantastic ice cream and other treats! Definitely give the birthday cake remix a try, it is SO good! The only downside is that the hours can be kind of sketchy. Last time we ordered ahead on the Coldstone app, were told it'd be ready at a certain time, and when we got there the restaurant was dark and closed. We waited half an hour until the doors finally opened. The service was okay. Not very friendly, but whatever. At least we got our ice cream!

Great ice cream and excellent service! I highly recommend the peanut butter cup in a waffle cone. They use real peanut butter!

I won't know if they're any good, because they chose to change their hours without updating their website, so we showed up around noon and they were closed until 1. Would have been nice to know since we were taking the kid after school as a surprise and didn't want to wait an hour for them to open.

Stopped in tonight for some dessert. My wife had the Coffee ice cream and I had the Strawberry Blonde, very good choice for me, I don't come here very often but tonight was a nice relaxing visit with some good eats!

Best employees and Ice cream!! Love to make my own creation: Love It strawberry icecream, yellow cake, fudge, and strawberries in a waffle bowl!! Or the Fudge Truffle Valentine Day cake...wow!!

The good: The ice cream flavors will not your socks off.... better then any store bought brand. The bad: It does come at a cost... but unfortunately, it is addictive. Far to many flavors and combinations to just stop by once. Personally I love the coffee flavor ice creams. Had an ice cream cake from here too. Wasnt as good at the main stay you get fresh, but it was devoured by the family.... so it couldnt be that bad.

Ice cream is great. Service isn't. I walked in and there was no one behind the counter, there was no bell to ring for me to let them know I was there. After about 2 minutes, two employees finally drags themselves up front when more people walked in. Then took their time to put on their gloves while they ignored and refused to greet their customers. I am not asking for 5 star service, I would just prefer to not be ignored.

Horrible customer service! Not kid friendly whatsoever. Called to complain and even the owner was sarcastic and did not make me feel better or give me a sincere apology. She really just made me feel stupid for putting a complaint in. We will NOT be going back!
