Cold Stone Creamery

So we ordered a cake for my brother in law birthday few weeks ago and the strawberry velvet cake was gross. The cake part tasted dry/stale I didn't wanted to say anything because it was his birthday. So no one said anything about the the cake was not good!!! But we did kind of agree that maybe we had to wait until til it's not that cold so the velvet dough part will become un hard. Today 3/30/2024 I stopped by and wanted to get a soft serve and they had none so I got the cheese cake fantasy and found hair!!!! I knew something was sketchy about this place!!!! When I went on yelp they got the worse reviews which make perfect sense!! People are disgusting. Not only that the ice cream taste so weird!!!!! What kind of business are you running!!???????????????

I just went in here a couple days ago and waited around and the place felt abandoned. I was about to leave when finally someone came to help. The ice cream was not good. It was icy and the employee wasn't able to smooth it out so I got chunks of freezer burnt ice cream with some toppings on it. It was so disappointing.

I think this is an average and typical Cold Stone location. It's clean and well kept. The service was prompt and helpful. The food quality is ok. It's average quality ice cream that they smash a bunch of toppings into. I think it's relatively pricey for the quality of ice cream they use.....

Kaylee I believe her name; was a great manager! Definetly fits the role. Greeted me right when I walked through the door and answered all of my questions like she knew the place like the back of her hand. Cold Stone is lucky to have a worker like her manning the ship.

Ice cream was great thankfully. Last time I went it seemed like teenagers raided behind the counter and had no idea how to deal with customers. I heard this place unfortunately has a bad rep with management; it's an amazing comeback having Kaylee on the team.

Hope y'all go in she's working! Place is not the same without her.

The store ran out of cups with their logo on them. I was unable to purchase anything that comes in a cup. No spoons either (because cooperate won't allow the long handle spoons that were in stock) . I suggested they buy plain cups ( so people can at least buy something) No , they were not allowed to go out and buy plain cups. So people were being turned away. Little kids in tears, myself disappointed and shaking my had at lost business during a heatwave.

Very pleased with this location. Clean and well stocked, great selection. I ordered a custom cake and it was fantastic, from ordering to the finished cake - all around great experience.

Despite it being Father's Day the waits were not long and the food was good. Unfortunately they didn't have all the selections on their website such as the mojito sherbet. There was however frozen almond milk as an option as well as some unusual flavors like Peeps. Calorie counts are shown and helpful information.

Outdoor seating options would be nice. It's a crowded space indoors and quite loud.

The cashiers/customers service were awesome super friendly but the ice cream sucks.. should rename the place cold sugar sand creamery instead of cold stone creamery... I guess stone is close enough but I still don't think ice cream should have a sandy consistency.

Had an Oreo shake which was soooo good!

UNRELIABLE AND DISRESPECTFUL. Locked doors before closing time and staff were standing at the register in a group, laughing and pointing fingers at us while we stood at the locked door.
