I tried to buy a Male Backpack. The cashier told me that my ATM no accepted the purchase but when I checked my Bank Account the store charge me more than $420.00 . The manager told me that wasn't a guarantee of the payment so she denied give me the backpack. Probably she didn't like my Hispanic accent. After two months of investigation the store had to payback the money the cashier girl stole from my bank account. No sorries, no apologies from the store. Bad client service. A bunch of racist .

My past experiences here are always amazing! Every time I walk in I am always greeted, whenever I walk around just looking I definitely don't feel hovered over especially when I'm not in my best outfit. The people who help me are very honest and know the value of the brand. The employees here definitely make me feel like I am not just a customer but a friend. Definitely my GO TO Coach store!

The sales are always efficient and useful. Products are beautiful and are always neat on display. Employees are nice and very helpful as far as pricing is.

Absolutely LOVE this store! The people there are so amazing. Casie & Britany are always so helpful and patient, especially with an indecisive person such as myself. These ladies are willing to go the extra mile to find what you're absolutely looking for. Thanks to their wonderful costumer service my friend and I will be back to purchase in the future.
