We specialize in baking a variety of small batch, fresh, delicious Cheesecakes that you can enjoy in our quaint dining room at the restaurant or take to-go to enjoy at your home or office. We are baking cheesecakes almost every day and rotate through flavors, but do try to keep our "core" flavors available - Original, Turtle, Oreo, Peanut Butter Chocolate, Triple Chocolate, Chocolate Caramel Snickers, and everyone's absolute favorite....White Chocolate Raspberry! Order a whole cheesecake for your party or event, or just come get a slice! We also serve a variety cheesecake composed of different flavors that you get to pick in case everybody likes something different! Our dining room is available for private events and we can accommodate up to 32 people in a sitting. Well dang I sooo wanted to say that this was the best dang cheesecake I ever had but it just ain't.
The flavors are great and the staff is friendly but why in the world would you bake a cheesecake with a pan that must have had a savory type of pie or quiche cooked in it at one time?
I've been twice to the original place and both times the crust had a funky taste. It has some sort of herbal flavor like rosemary or something. I can't say what it is really but it's something other than sugar, butter or graham flavors.
I couldn't get over that so I've not returned. .
Maybe the new one in Silo Square is different I don't know but let's hope.

I wish I could hand out 5 stars to this place but the reason I don't come here is because the cheesecake tastes like it's cooked in the same pans as their savory type foods. If pans are not throughly scrubbed then the next thing cooked is going to have the remnants of whatever was cooked in it last.
. I've tried the cheesecake on two separate occasions and both times I could taste something other than the cake.

The staff is kind and the cheesecake will send you to heaven. Need I say more? I LOVE the turtle cheesecake, but honestly you can't make a bad choice here.

Best cheesecake place around!
You can even get mini cheesecakes.
They are always creating new flavors!
Nutella and Key Lime are a couple of my favorite flavors.

This place has a great selection of cheesecakes & flavors. If you want a specific flavor, it's best to call ahead or order before going as they don't always have all flavors available on hand. Really good cheesecake. Definitely recommend it!

This was not only the best cheese cake I have ever had, but possibly the best dessert. I tried the white chocolate caramel and it was amazing. It was drizzled in caramel and white chocolate chips which made it perfect. My fiancé had the chocolate caramel with snickers and it was very indulgent and delicious. I also got the black coffee to counter the sweetness and it paired perfectly. The decor is also very cute. Definitely give it a try if you have a sweet tooth.

There is nothing like driving all the way to Hernando several times over the last few weeks to find your favorite cheesecake place is out of cheesecake again on a Saturday night. Well you don't have to worry about us doing that again. This was my last trip last night and I will not be back.

This place is twice the size of the old location but they never have cheesecake. We never had that problem until what appears to be an ownership change. Great business model! I'll buy a cheesecake shop and never have cheesecake! Hum, I wonder how long we will stay in business? Good luck cause you're going to need a lot of it!
