Came in on Saturday around 12 Like almost outside the door was greeted by a hard working individual (Ciana) she took my order and was ACTUALLY able to wrap my burrito as with some works the burrito just unwraps itself. She worked through that like no other worker I have seen amazing job Ciana!!!

Stopped by this location as it's closest to me.
The location was very clean and the line moved fast.

This chipotle was honestly one of the worst locations i've been to. Came in today and saw what a mess it was, wanted to leave, but worker was already in the middle of making my tacos so just sucked it up.
Work station was filthy. Counter and floor were covered in toppings, salsas, etc. The person who made my tacos was almost afraid of making food. He literally pinched in the smallest amount or meat, rice, and sides. Imagine what tacos are supposed to be like, and getting taquitos sized ones instead. Person in front of my got a burrito that was just a mess.
Never coming back. Trashed my food completely for the gross work environment. Not the brightest of workers. 1/10. Wish i got a refund.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Business owner information

Stopped by this location with my husband to pick up lunch for a picnic date with our daughter. Parking is easy and plentiful outside and the entrance is clean. This location is pretty big and there were plenty of tables available inside for patrons who dined in.
Emily greeted us with a big smile and positive attitude when we walked in. She answered our questions and made ordering a breeze. Emily deserves five stars!!!
We ordered two kid's quesadillas with black beans and guacamole. The kids meal includes a bag of chips and a small beverage.
My husband and I each ordered chicken burritos which Emily made to our liking with the selections available.
The guy at the register was also very sweet and had a kind smile as we paid.
Two bummers were that the fountain drink area was not fully stocked (tea/lemonade etc), and multiple trash bins were missing throughout the restaurant. This is important especially during lunch rush hours. I removed a star due to drink station and trash bins.
Emily was the only person managing the line. She rocked it and made it look easy, but having an additional employee on the line would likely help create a quicker and smoother process.

They are getting so stingy with their portions and it's overpriced!!! Never again will I support them or any business that wants to take advantage of us

Can't tell you how the food was because we walked in to eat and the young man behind the counter said their POS system was down and they couldn't take any orders. We asked if we could order online and the young man said he had to ask his manager. (My son has done this before at another Chipotle when their system was down.) Instead of the manager coming out to speak with us, the young man just came back and said, "We can't do that," without any explanation as to why. Poor customer service from management.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! By far the WORST chipotle experience I have EVER had. I get it , it was 35 minutes before closing but wow, I genuinely feel bad for these little girls Alyssa and Maria. You would have thought I just stole this girls purse from how bad she was shaking from how angry she was. No greeting, but a devious evil demeanor as if she had just dropped my bowl on the ground and gloves too, before she was about to make my bowl. That's the thing about coming to these places now, you always get some angry little teeny bopper that hates you, themself and everything about life. As Maria was angrily making my bowl and shaking probably from how nervous she was about the poison she was about to serve me, she kept asking "anything else". Totally annoyed, hates her job, hates her life, I feel bad for you girl! Alyssa, kept looking at Maria as if they were both in coordination with the tampering of my food. Not to mention that Alyssa mysteriously went to the back room to "grab me some chips" with the same hands she just handled cash and handed me back coins. No gloves , bare hands that were just handling cash. On top of handling food with no gloves after just handling cash, she has a disgustingly fake smile and attitude and will keep telling you "sorry bout that" after every legitimate complaint you have. LOL! Pathetic ! Got my refund, and I told myself I wasn't going to be petty and write a bad review because I already see how miserable these two little girls are and that's punishment enough, but i don't bother anyone and take it personal when I feel like someone is trying to ruin my day or tamper with my food. Oh and by the way when a place has 1 star reviews as the leading review, that should tell you everything!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!

I was there in the middle of the afternoon. There was a moderate line but moving slow since there was only one guy attending to the food. Two other employees were just standing around in the dining area. The portions were much smaller than before. When I asked for more, the employee was less than courteous. Regarding the portions, I went to another Chipotle a couple weeks later and the portions there were also much smaller than before. Maybe they're all cutting back.

This location was extremely messy and was not even busy. There was hair in my food and when I addressed it to the manager on 3/20 at 3pm they had poor customer service and communication skills. Normally I never complain but the hair just turned me off and their attitude. I accidentally / unintentionally called the worker the wrong pronoun because I was not aware and they (the manager) was very rude. I felt like my issue was completely invalidated and they made it seem like the hair was a trivial matter

Would give 0 stars if i could!! Been in line for 30 minutes just to order they have 1 person taking orders and charging people there is line of 10+ people who runs this place bad managing
