Highly recommend Chipotle Mexican Grill in GF. My order has and is always perfect. Every employee has been very helpful, and kind I always order online and pick up thru the drive thru. So easy. Al way ready and perfect. Thank y'all so much!

Less than good as it's been over 6 years since I've been here and not impressed as I had a carnitas bowl and it was not as good as I remembered it and the guy in front of me ordered a burrito and it was huge and the service person couldn't even wrap it up and it split on the side but instead of getting another tortilla she wrapped it in the paper wrapping and handed it the guy and I looked at him saying good luck trying to eat it.

trash service. nothing else to say I showed up for an order at 10:43 they done open to 10:45 and I was told this at the window. Which is fine. I'm sorry i wasnt in a hurry or rude. Not a problem until I asked where I should go. Then told, "I can go wherever I want". Well I won't be going back. Not worth the diarrhea or the attitude.

The recent burritos we had were sloppily made, with ingredients slapped on haphazardly. Many bites had only one ingredient, all beans or guacamole or rice or queso. Not an enjoyable meal.
Also, when we order takeout to pick up at a certain time, they apparently fix the meal immediately and let it sit, so it's barely lukewarm after the 10-minute drive home.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Business owner information

Terrible experience, hot headed manager named sergio is a problem and does not handle thing's professionally. used to be a favorite place, now I will personally never be using this establishment as a place to eat.

I have never posted something like this before, but I have sincere questions and hope to get sincere responses. Tonight I went through Chipotle to pick up an order I placed with a pick up time of 8:20. I waited in the drive through at the window watching two young ladies make my order chatting with friends who seemed to be dining in and taking their time. I decided to be patient. There was only one other person at the counter they helped while I was there. At 8:35PM I was upset but decided I wasn't going to be a jerk and when the young lady came to the window she seemed nervous and asked if I wanted a free drink for the wait, with no apology for the wait, but I get it, they're young and probably not trained well. I've seen a lot of posts asking us to be patient. I declined her offer and said I did want her to maybe ask their manager if they could add another 20-30 minutes to the pick up times they normally give us so we wouldn't be waiting like I did. She states that they never go by the time stated on the website. I thanked her and left feeling frustrated but proud I wasn't a jerk. When I got home it's now 8:45ish I open our bag and at the top of the bag the receipt looks like this (see picture) and the tacos I ordered are half wrapped in foil and spilled over into the bag, everything was sloppily made and our kids meal was half made with drink and chips missing. The bag was just a mess. Food on the containers too. I get it most of the time, but I watched these young ladies and there was no real urgency in getting it made and I would've waited for them to make it neatly and not spilled all in the bag. I was livid, maybe that's being dramatic haha. But I called and the young lady who was at the window answered and I kindly asked if I could get the managers name and speak to them to which her reply was they were not allowed to give the name of their manager to anyone calling in. She could give me her first name which she did and said "I didn't make your food" lol but she insisted I had to drive back to chipotle to see the manager. I asked her to give my name and number to the manager and I would wait for them to call me tonight, she said okay. But I did take the time to explain all the things that were wrong in my very calm and low voice tone. My sincere question after that novel is "who is the Manager for the Chipotle?" Isn't the name usually posted in the restaurant? And is it true they cannot tell us who the Manager of the store is? I don't want to pay for the spilled tacos, and the half done kids meal and the sloppy meals but also don't want to drive it back there. thank you for listening to me complain. I promise I did not yell at anyone's kid. I wouldn't have yelled at an adult either, but very frustrated. That's what I get for not cooking tonight.
Anyway, almost half hour later, I am still waiting for the manager to call me. Ordered two bowls. Food was cold in both bowls, the tortilla on the side looked like someone waded it up and threw it in tin foil and you could tell it was a old tortilla and it also was cold and crusty.
Quacamole tasted flat and was runny. The presentation was awful looked like just thrown together with no concern, all the beans in one spot all the meat in one spot etc etc. just sloppy not appetizing at all.
Won't be going back to this particular restaurant as this was the second time being really disappointed.

I've been here a couple times and every time the steak has been all fat and gristle. Tonight I asked to make sure that the steak wouldn't be that way, and the staff assured me that it wouldn't be. I get my meal and not only did I spit out ever bite of steak because all of it was either fat or gristle, but the rice was undercooked as well. I got a burrito and it all fell apart as I picked it up. Even though the staff is friendly I would not recommend this place to anyone. It's unfortunate this is the only chipotle establishment in town. I gave it 1 star just because of the friendly staff.
