Stopped in after work today to finally use up the rest of this gift card that's been sitting in my wallet for three years. Unfortunately there is still more on it.... Should have tipped more.
Anyways in the three years since I have last stepped foot in here I have noticed a positive change in the place. Menu is different with more selections. Didn't see my go to breakfast burger but that didn't stop me from ordering the brisket bbq burger. Ordered it rare and was told because it's ground beef they have to cook it pink/well but bartender apparently went in back and the cooks made it a little more on the bloody side. I enjoyed every bite and devoured the large portion of fries that came with it.
Nothing stood out for an app or dessert so skipped out on both.

So I think a lot of this has to do with location because I enjoy going to the one over on Cooley Street in Springfield.
I sit at the bar whenever I come to places like this, today's experience was less than par. I typically get a breakfast burger when I come here with an over medium egg but was tired of ALWAYS getting it over easy so I went the Krispers instead. But before that I had a chowder and my issue today started with it taking 10 minutes to come out because the bartender was over at a table talking to some older folks he must have known.
It was good, larger than the one I get at the 99 but not as chunky. The Krispers came out shortly after so I was annoyed that I hadn't finished my soup yet. When I had placed the order I wanted to substitute the corn on the cob with mashed potatoes with fries as my other side, didn't happen. Corn and mashed potatoes were on my plate. I ate the corn as it did look delicious and did taste good with all the butter and seasoning they put on it. Potatoes were ok, rather have seen them in a dish and not on the wax paper so it could have the potential to stay warmer. Krispers were tasty, I enjoyed them and would order again.
That was my visit in a nutshell. I did see a takeout customer complain about his order not being correct while I was sitting down. With money still on my gift card I will wait to go to the other location when I am ready to indulge in a breakfast burger. - Andrea Y.Holyoke, MA01Feb 4, 2024
I just ordered two full size racks of ribs for curbside pick up. It was truly awful. I feel like I was served last night's trash.
It was dried out and old, truly nasty tasting and cold. Think gray and that was the flavor. I really couldn't eat it. The loaded mashed potatoes were cold and the cheese was sprinkled on and completely unmelted and the bacon was dried and rubbery with no flavor. I have never been so disappointed and disgusted with a meal.
My son's street corn was awful. He described it as mush, and threw it away after taking one bite. Epic fail Chili's. My cat wouldn't even eat it.

This place sucks!! I ordered food it wasn't close to being right o drove back there and asked for a refund and the supervisor became very aggressive I didn't feel at all safe I just left the wrong food and left. Please don't go to this Chili's every

Service is horrible there rude and they don't like to work. Puts me on hold for 15 min then tells me when I call back take out is closed. While my son was waiting in parking lot

This is one of my favorite places to go have lunch and eat dinner. Our waitress was very attentive to our meals and to my food allergy. With her and the manager Matthew Peterson, I recommend this restaurant to everyone who wants to have a good time and very good food.

My wife and I decided to use a gift card and give Chili's a try. We hadn't been in years so it was like going for the first time. We didn't have high or low hopes. Just hoping a decent bite.
When we arrived, we were told we were going to wait. There were a ton of empty tables but it appears that the place was short staffed. After being seated, we were greeted by our server. I wish I remembered her name but she was very friendly and helped us make some menu decisions. She turned our drink order around quickly and put in our food order.
Our server recommended a Stay-Cay margarita which my wife really enjoyed. She is not a drinker but found this to be very flavorful and delicious. I just had a lite beer which tasted like... lite beer.
After a wait, our meals came out. We skipped the appetizers and just had entree's.
I ordered a mushroom and swiss burger. There were plenty of mushrooms but the cheese wasn't really melted. Overall, it was just all right. The texture of the burger was kind of pebbly and a bit dry. While the mushrooms were good, the overall flavor was just so-so. Not bad but not good. The fries that came with it were ok too.
My wife ordered the Quesadilla Explosion Salad with Chicken. She thought it was ok. The salad itself she enjoyed. She doesn't like raw onion but that didn't deter her from eating it. The "quesadilla" portion was a little weird though. It looked like a cracker with cheese melted on it. It was "ok" but not quite wha you expect a quesadilla to look like. She found the dressing to be lackluster.
For the atmosphere, the bathrooms were dirty and some repairs were needed to stall doors and urinals. The place was dusty in places that could be easily seen. There were splatters of something on some of the colored glass signs they have separating dining areas. The floors were also a little sticky and grimy looking.
It took a bit to get our server's attention to get the check. The payment kiosk on the table wasn't working and she had to find another. It appears that someone had put out the kiosks with no battery pack in them.
For service, it was good. The server was great but over extended. The food was "ok". The cleanliness however left a lot to be desired. Had the It's Just Wings from GrubHub. Ordered medium buffalo, garlic parm, n cilantro jalapeño both boneless and bone in. Horrible, garbage food. Thrown together carelessly with the soggiest fries ever on the bottom and specs of sauce leading to dry, unseasoned chicken. NEVER order from here, you will be deeply disappointed!!!!

I ordered DoorDash and the food was horrible. I ordered $65 work of food. I ordered the steak and shrimp fajita trio. My son and husband ordered the 10 ounce steak, baked potato and broccoli.
This was really a waste of money. I know, with the Coronavirus floating, we still ordered to help the local restaurants. But sad part, my son has the virus, and this is the first time in two weeks he's been really feeling well and wanted steak.
The flour tortilla was stale, I asked for corn on the cob and they sent sweet corn. They sent fries instead of baked potatoes and the broccoli wasn't fresh.
I understand that things do occur, but if you don't have everything, just cancel the entire order. The steak wasn't even great.
This doesn't seem like the same Chili's I ordered my husband's food a few months ago and gave a great review. They need to try again. When he comes back from work to the hotel he's at, he's able to sit, eat and enjoy a good meal.
I time the delivery daily and his food is still hot.
Everything that I request, this restaurant goes over and beyond on making his food fresh and delicious. My husband has been pleased from the Fajitas, salads, egg rolls, steak, strawberry lemonade and etc.
My family and I love Chili's. But, I'm really happy to have known that a location away from where we dine at is still bringing a smile on diners faces and preparing fresh food in different states.
I added some of the entrees that I paid for daily and was sent to my Husband. He stated that all of the food was seasoned well and he had no complaints at all.

It was multiple hairs in my food and it was very cold don't recommend and bad service to workers was hugging
