Chick-fil-A

I don't appreciate that when they get my order wrong they take back the incorrect order.
If you're going to throw away the food, shouldn't I get to keep the incorrect and correct food?
Also they're always grumpy.

I have driven past this location many many times and made a pit stop to grab a quick lunch. There was a time when I was enamored with Chick-fil-A when they first came to the area. The shine has worn off for me. The chicken strips and the sauce are still pretty good but a little too salty for my liking. The drive through was fast and efficient.

This is such a prime location and easy to access off Scott and el Camino.

I have never had any issues with ordering through the drive thru and all the workers have been really nice thus far.

This last time I ordered the 8 piece nuggets, perfect amount of food for an afternoon snack.

My partner and I decided to do a date night here since we love CFA. We live 12 minutes drive away and they don't deliver to our location (we have no car) so a date night here was a great idea.

It was not super crowded and we waited roughly 5-8 minutes for our food after finding our seating. You are given a little seat tab and your food will be brought out to you. All the tables were decorated with a vase and fake flowers (cute). The place was clean and the tables were cleaned down. I have no complaints.

The food was great per usual.

Would love to do that again!

We enjoy Chic fil A very much and frequently order food at this Santa Clara, CA location.
Placed our order in the drive up and as usual the attendant was very professional, friendly and respectful.
Ordered a sandwich combo which was fine and two salads.
The price of the salads has gone up to over $11.00 but the problem was the quality of both.
Each salad had a good amount of chicken and items but was lacking in the amount and quality of the lettuce!
Both consisted of Romaine stem pieces, a lot of cabbage and the Market salad strawberries weren't fresh.
Definitely not the usual fresh salads we are used to at Chic fil A.
Very disappointing!

Fries: I ordered the small waffle fries. They are pretty much your standard fast-food fries, but they were not too salty at all! What really helps make the fries taste good is dipping them in one of their many unique sauces. You can easily grab extra sauce if needed as they have many packets available in the dining area for any customer to take.

Service: Cashier and employee handing out food were nice -- nothing negative to report. I ordered the fries to-go inside the store, and they came out considerably fast.

Ambiance: It looks nice, modern, and relatively clean inside. That being said, they can improve with cleaning. One of the tables I was standing at while waiting for my order was sticky to touch.

There are days when I feel like getting expensive fast food and Chick-fil-A is one of them haha. I love all kinds of fried chicken and Chick-fil-A offers one of the best chicken strips, chicken sandwiches and chicken nuggets. I really love all three especially the chicken nuggets and the chicken strips. The chicken nuggets are dinky/very tiny and it reminds me more of popcorn chicken haha. Get it with the Polynesian sauce and you'll thank me later. Actually ask them for two because you'll want more. This particular location offer two drive thru lines and the lines move pretty quickly.

The staff is really nice and whenever I wanted to change my mind on something, they were able to quickly change my order. The staff at this location is very nice compared to some of the other locations I have been to. The staff brings out your order, up to your driver side window even if you're in the drive-thru line. Oh and you cannot forget adding the ice dream cone to round out your meal. But yes, even after ordering a four piece chicken strips meal and a cone, it is already past $15. But oh well, I'm sitting in my room happily eating my Chick-Fil-A.

We ordered a large last minute lunch yesterday. Our food arrived at a timely manner. My grilled chicken sandwich was still warm, chicken wasn't as dry as I expected. In fact it was fairly juice. However, the Walgreens fries were soggy. Which is understandable because it is hard to avoid for takeout. I was impressed with their insulated takeout cups! My drink was still freezing cold! The milkshakes also stayed cold, did not melt!

I placed a mobile drive-through order for the first time for kid nuggets. When I got there, I was surprised how long the line was, but was also amazed at how efficiently they got people through. I was even picking up for somebody else who had put it as carry out versus drive-through, and they found it easily.

Definitely better eaten in store or right outside if you're picking it up than after a bit of a drive for obvious reasons but always hits the spot for some fried chicken!

If you don't have the app, get it. It's actually really good (most of the time).

As always quick efficient and I got my order in no time.

And on reaching mi casa, the sandwich was still hot the fries crisp and drink still ice cold !

And I had the best meal of the day!!
