Absolutely love Chick Fil A. Really cool to see a different concept from Chick-fil-A brand. It's a fast-food chain serving chicken sandwiches, waffle potato fries and nuggets along with salads and sides. Sit down table service with breakfast served all day. If you sit on the dine-in side, they have a really cool train that circles around above you. I tried Spicy Chicken Sandwich with waffle pottato fries and Nuggets. Got the Siracha sauce which is a great add-on to your meal. Everything was fresh and hot. Definetely recommend stopping by and visiting this location. Here the employees are kind and patient. Plenty of free parking available in and around the restaurant.

Tonight I had to pull forward and wait for my order, which does not usually happen. The drive thru line was not as excessive, so I don't know what the delay was. Waffle fries was the food to nibble while driving home, yum .
Upon arriving and distributing our dinner, the beverages were incorrect. We ordered lemonade and sweet tea, we received sprite and Coca Cola. . What do you do? Suck it up!!Oct 23, 2018Previous reviewRemodel is finally finished, whew! What an inconvenience driving to Hwy 138 for my CFA Fix. Drive thru is awkward and confusing. The menu board is past the associate taking your money, really?? Also, the workers sometime seems confused. First time thru my order was wrong, ordered a small chocolate shake but received an Oreo Cookie shake-SMH. The drink order was served first then the food order came afterwards. Good News, the waffle fries

Now about the layout inside, whose interior design was this?? There are more parking spaces than seats inside the restaurant. Am I imagining or did we lose seats? Also I was told No More Buffet.
Will you please, please put a step in the restrooms so little ones can reach the sinks.

One of my favorite breakfast spots. The day crew is prompt serving customers. The restaurant was clean even with the crowd for the breakfast buffet. The buffet was well stocked and clean. Jan 26, 2018Previous reviewOMG, the drive thru Experience was just horrible. It seems the night shift constantly gets worse. We pulled up to the squak box and waited and waited. Another car pulled up to the alternate box and was immediately serviced. Finally an associate came in and said she was getting ice and could not get to the phone(Really?). We gave her the name and started with our order, after the first order she says "I'm sorry can I get your order again, I couldn't hear you". Night manager you are failing!!!
May 27, 2017Previous reviewAmazed to see the manager Mr. Mullin working the line outside. I have much appreciation for a working manager. The drive thru line was moving quickly and my order was correct. Thank You Mr. Mullin!! First time trying the Watermelon Mint Lemonade, love it. Maybe with a new manager the evening shifts will improve dramatically.

Dec 4, 2015Previous reviewThis is the second nighttime visit that has been made with Slow service. We were told to seat ourselves then we waited and waited!! Finally upon asking who our server would be, we were told and the young man had passed us server all times without any recognition. The night manager seems to NOT be on top of their game. This is disappointing because the day crew is so much more efficient.

Here I am again this Chick-fil-A has done it again. Missing both of my orders and my cookie which is my main item I love from Chick-fil-A. I think this is because trainees are the ones that take the orders at the front I believe they should be supervisor to make sure stuff is done the right way. Pls fix this issue or else more people are going to come back with there food and get what they ordered. It's good going to waste as they just throw it in the trash. Well it happened again they missed my cookie again but luckily I checked the bag inside the restaurant. They gave me my cookie . They almost missed it again I hope they fix this trainee issue because they should've be unsupervised.

This has been the 5th time I've had to go back to this Chick-fil-A to get my food that wasn't in the bag. I don't know if it's the area but this I wouldn't believe this being something that happens at Chick-fil-A more like something that happens at McDonald's. Highly disappointed and I hope people start checking the bags with food before giving it to the people that ordered. This Chick-fil-A has to start stepping it up with its leadership and how to follow rules because it shows how young people are the one that are messing up so get some adult supervisors to get it together.

This is not ordinary CFA. If you do it right, you can have sit down service with things you've never had before on the menu.
We started out with these AMAZING battered pickles. It was actually more than this, but would couldn't resist trying before posting. They are crispy on the outside and still a juicy pickle inside. They come with a cilantro-lime sauce that I didn't think I would like, but I love it!
My husband got the CFA skillet that comes with seasoned potatoes, scrambled eggs, chicken, and cheddar topped with cilantro-lime sauce with bacon.
I just got nuggets, but the meal comes with 2 sides. Instead of getting the tried and true waffle fries, I ordered crispy sprouts and sweet potato soufflé.
Our server, Gabby had to be the sweetest thing next to their tea!

We waited over 15 minutes at a table after being seated. No one came up to the table to acknowledge us or to tell us they would be right with us. We ended up getting up and leaving. They had enough employees, most were just standing around talking to each other or on break. They had a ton of dirty empty tables.

Not what you would expect from Chick-fil-a. I used the app to order curbside pick-up, parked, entered my space number, and waited... over 15 minutes before finally walking in to cancel my order. No, they weren't busy. Both the self-serve and dine in sides were practically empty. No, the drive-thru line wasn't long. No, they weren't short-staffed. There were plenty of employees, several doing nothing. I suppose I could have walked in and canceled my order earlier, but a foot injury had prompted me to use curbside service in the first place. While the manager did offer to refund my costs and give me the food for free, I was not seeking a free meal. I accepted the refund. I am more than willing to pay for Chick-fil-a when it comes with the high-quality service for which it is typically known. Truett's Morrow, you need to step it up.

An average representation of the franchise. I'd purposely picked this store because it has a larger dining room and was looking forward to a nice sit-down meal. Unfortunately, they had that closed off and only the busy, noisy little tables next to the registers were being offered. The service wasn't very speedy and despite using the required "my pleasure" there was no heart in the staff. Quite a disappointing and unwelcoming venue, and on my next trip I think I'll pass this one up. They also have orange cones that are unfriendly to anyone wanting to park and it's clear they are trying to FORCE everyone to go through the dire-thru and get out of their face.

As much as I love Chick-fil-A, I was very disappointed with this one. I did a mobile order pick up and was very clear on what I wanted with my salad paid extra for all the extra items I wanted, but upon pick up, was not what I ordered. I paid for extra chicken and extra strawberries and did not want blue cheese, but instead I received a normal salad with the blue cheese and the normal amount of chicken and strawberries when I brought this to a team members attention. They argued that that was what I ordered when I clearly did not. I showed them my receipt. They still gave me an issue until I asked to speak with the manager, they didn't want me to speak to the manager, so they finally gave me what I paid for. I was highly disappointed in the actions of such Chick-fil-A employees. I have never had an experience like that. Usually when I have a problem with my food it's met with. Oh, I apologize it would be my pleasure to fix that. But instead, I was met with confrontation.
