This chick fil a is a joke, and not in a humorous way in the slightest. We ordered breakfast well ahead of time and were greeted with the slowest line in the history of any chick fil a. We said we were here for a mobile order and they moved us through to the pick up window just to tell us they are cancelling our order and they don't start making our food until we arrive (so what's the point of mobile ordering)? We were literally in the line for 10 whole minutes prior to being greeted, and even with the app it knows your precise location so even the bullshit the junior manager spouted off is absolute horse crap.

Not sure why they advertise the peppermint milkshake when they haven't started serving it yet, at least not at this location. I got an email about it - sad panda. The server in the drive through line told us the seasonal drink right now is autumn spice. Not for me. Disappointing. He was not happy to be stuck behind the other car in the drive through who didn't know what they wanted and took a while. More so when I couldn't even get the drink I wanted.

I just left Chick-fli-A and they charged me for my 4 sauces and I didn't receive any, I also got one sun joy and one sweet tea and changed my sweet tea to a sun joy as I got to the window and the guy working even doubled confirmed we changed the drink and still gave us the wrong drink. If I wasn't already making my way to work I would have went again to get my order correct because I clearly paid for everything and the prices aren't cheap for two meals. Definitely feel like I didn't get my moneys worth. Coming from someone who used to work at chick-fli-A a while ago. My chick-fli-A wouldn't have ever let this slide, especially with staff at foh giving service like this .

Who doesn't love Chick-fil-A? Best chicken in town. Love that they have the drive-through figured out because this place is busy!

Ordered in the drive-through, a grilled chicken deluxe sandwich. Got onto the highway and started making my way on the long drive to Colorado Springs and realized they gave me a fried chicken sandwich, which I cannot eat. So frustrating, since I waited for over 20 minutes to get that chicken sandwich.

Since corona a few of the restaurants/ fast food joints are open. After picking up the kids from school I promised to treat them to chick fil a. That is after I run some errands.
We were all hangry when we pulled up to Chick fil a. It was busy peak dinner/ getting off work tiring. Good thing for the app which I ordered before arriving. This was the first time using the app so I deduced to use the curbside option. We sat in the car and the wait was longer than expected. We watched as the other cars got their orders. They even gave me a free cookie for my Birthday Woohoo! The contactless as they deliver food in a plastic bin A+. The kids were stoked! Hopefully next time it won't take as long wait

Excellent experience at Chick-fil-A, as always! Mobile order for dine-in service placed and door greeter took great care of us! We settled on the patio and they prepared the food fresh and delivered to our table. Nuggets and spicy chicken deluxe sandwich both enjoyed with waffle fries and their AMAZING lemonade. Always a pleasure at Chick-fil-A!

This is for the store manager Cody, who dismissed my concerns for how the allergy food was handled. I do know what I'm talking about since my kid could die from three things. Also I spent four years in school kitchens working with many food allergies and to different levels of severity.

I also know state law that for where we are at that if you know of an allergy and willing give it you could be found guilty of assault.

Even after saying all of this, Cody just told me not to worry because they change their gloves. Well only the cook does, because none of not most of the other staff do not wear gloves. I do know on the companies website they have legal wording. Maybe that needs to also be trained to all staff or stop offering the allergy sticker it gives a false sense of securiTy.

This also wasn't my order that I was worried about then mine came out with allergy on the print out but no red allergy sticker. So this mom will no longer trust this store with my child's life and I hope others with food allergies will understand the danger. I know the pain of trusting people with food.

Great drive thru experience. It was quick and we got exactly what we ordered. The biscuits were fresh and the chicken was hot.

Good food and service. The sauce and fry's are banging and the member Brody was very attentive and made it feel like a 5 start cuisine. dude deserves a million dollars fr.
