This convenient location in the food court of the Augusta mall has been clean and serving delicious and affordable food. Their food rating is A.

The two vegan salad dressings are: the zesty vinaigrette and light balsamic vinegar.
The staff has been friendly.

The point of improvement would be for them to remember to give the toys part of their kid's menus. Each time I have been eating there they will forget about it.
Nevertheless, they will correct this oversight promptly when I will mention it to them with my receipts in hand.

you guys literally suck. went through your little " drive thru " you had and had to wait 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches and some nuggets. we asked for extra sauce and when we got our food there were none in the bag. who wants to eat y'alls dry fries with no sauce. not to mention you didnt give us any straws for our drinks. try to get it together the best you can.

If I could give even less than 1 star I would! I went to the chick fil a on Wrightsboro rd for the first and LAST time! I ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese lettuce and tomato no pickle. I RE-STATED that I wanted cheese, lettuce, and tomato. The woman repeated it back to me and placed the order. I get to the window, take my food and go home, which was a 25 minute drive I might add, just to find out that my order was wrong! There was literally nothing on the sandwich, just a piece of meat and bread! And my fries were undercooked. I went ALL THE WAY BACK (another 25 minutes) and let the cashier "Tiffany" know what was wrong and how long I had driven to correct this mistake. She seemed very uninterested and didn't even suggest any way to compensate me for my troubles. I ended up with a refund and an empty stomach. I am BEYOND disappointed.

This was a good chic fil a for the mall. Usually the ones inside of the mall aren't very clean and the staff is not that pleasant but this one was doing a lot of business and I was quite surprised how well they operated.

I go to Chick-fil-A three times a week because I work in the mall. But today after I call the manager/corporate I might change my lunch location. I waited in line on a Saturday which is normal and ordered my food and waited. My co worker was two people behind me and he got his food once he completed his order. He got a meal that needed to be fried. I just ordered a salad and four people got their food before me. I am on a tight schedule and hate to waste time and they were unapologetic about the situation and handled it unprofessional compared to other chain take out restaurants. I just thought my business was a pleasure but not at this location. Hire more competent staff members!!!

How hard is it for these people to get an order right????? We go here for its convenience but seriously never once have I gotten my order correct. This time they left off all the honey mustard packets and and the food was cold. Don't bother going here drive the extra couple of miles to Daniel C Parkeay.

Food is okay, really greasy. The bread on the sandwich is soaked in grease. The fries are the best. Clean inside and out. Service is good and quick. My chicken on my sandwich wasn't fully cooked, and felt/taste slimy and rubbery.

Food wise, this is the best chick fil a I've ever eaten. The food and fries were so fresh and crispy compared to others. I wish it wasn't in the mall!

I visited this location two weeks ago! I did not receive several items I purchased. I made a complaint and was told the manager at the store would give me a call within 2-3 business days. I still have not heard back from anyone. I've tried calling several times and no one answers the phone.
