Charleys Cheesesteaks

Customer service was ok. I had mentioned that I didn't want pickles on my sandwich. Luckily, I was able to see my order on the screen. The guy that was helping me had put down no pickles and no grilled vegetables. I said I wanted the grilled vegetables, but no pickles. He fixed it.

When I received my sandwich, it was nothing like a Philly cheese steak sandwich. It was served open faced with lettuce and tomato. In terms of grilled vegetables, I look for them. I found 1 slices green pepper and maybe 2 slices of onions.

Overall, it was ok, but I will not be returning. Luckily, it's located in the food court of the mall. I had to go to Panda Express.

The french fries are extremely fresh and crispy , very good tasting. The service was excellent, they are always very busy, but they listen to your order and always give you the options that you request
I have the ultimate fries period I would have liked double the amount of cheese they use. next time I'll just order a side of extra cheese. It was very tasty, and the toppings were very fresh. Everything looks exactly like the pictures on the menu.

A quick bite between a movie double bill. I was honestly impressed and quite surprised. It was odd to be asked the "do you want everything on that" question (duh, yes) but the small Oldschool Cheesesteak, a 6", with only double beef, onions and cheese sauce really hit the spot. I'm normally a Jersey Mike's guy but this Charleys totally satisfied.

Burbank location, I ordered a small chicken and they up charged me for the combo with frys, they apologized however I got the feeling they do this to get extra money out of their customers- he said they do it automatically because it's a better deal

I ordered takeout from Charleys Cheesesteaks yesterday. I ordered a small Philly Cheesesteak. The food was good. Service was friendly and swift.

I felt like eating Phillys steak sandwich today and decided to try Charley's Philly steak I was kinda hungry so I went with a large Philly steak sandwich ($12.99) and made it a combo ($4.48 more with Reg drink and reg cup of fries) + tax. Total came to $19.26

I had mine with everything except cheese, the steak was kinda dry, but I added in teriyaki sauce and it made it a lot better, heh! It maybe because it's my first time but it was messy to eat it but good and filling.

Nothing special. 20.00 for a sandwich, I'll pass. Jersey Mikes is much better and better service.

I'm a big fan of Charleys Cheesesteaks, I had them in multiple locations and they were always good except for this location. I ordered the regular cheesesteak and the beef was not good at all, dry, and just tossed on top of the sandwich couple of them outside the sandwich. Asked for fries which were placed under the sandwich and not in a separate box. Greasy and has no flavors. Cashier asked me if I wanted a drink, and I said just a cup of water which I never got.

Food was delicious customer service sucked, today is Tuesday 7/18/2023 received my food around 2:10pm. Waiting for my sandwich as Brenda prepared it, she very rude gave me attitude every time I asked for something. Won't be back

The 3 stars are for the Old School cheesesteak ..... it was good. It could have been more if only the cook would just adhere to wearing a mask correctly and keep it on!

After ordering my sandwich, I noticed the cook wearing the mask the wrong way, wearing it below his nose. I asked politely for him to put the mask up above his nose, and he did with a attitude (rolling of eyes and a sigh). While I stood there waiting for my sandwich, the mask stayed on correctly...... once I sat down to eat and looked over, I saw him reach up and pull the mask down back under his nose. The photos posted here are him after I sat down. Not to mention the fact that he was touching his mask with gloved hands and not even changing or disinfecting after touching. This is poor public food handling and it will only be a matter of time before the public will get sick.
