Over the past month, I've noticed an uptick in bizarre transactions that have left me dipping into my overdraft. Now....I had a four-digit balance in my account until a few weeks ago. All of a sudden....zilch. Not only zilch, but almost negative in the same amount that my balance was in the first place: my balance WAS +X,XXX.00, now, over the course of two weeks, even though my spending habits didnt change at ALL, *NOW* my balance is somehow magically (-) x,xxx.00! I call these people up, and ask why I didnt get any notifications of overdraft via text or email, and one chick (who very much couldnt possibly care less about her job) simply says "well...you will!" And another simply reads off the ledger, which isnt helpful at all. I end up having to speak with a regional director (for ALL'S *sakes*) to get close to a thousand bucks in overdraft fees rescinded. Then the cycle happens AGAIN *THIS* week! STILL no texts or emails! And again, NOTHING has changed in my spending habits- I pay rent, utilities and food and thats it.

Soooooooo....Call 'em up again! And THIS time I get a DIFFERENT woman on the phone who has an "I DARE ya to go into the local bank and dispute these charges face-to-face!" attitude. Now....see....these would be one series of bases for account closure, but here's another: Apparently this bank has had, and known about, rather significant gaps in their account security protocols for YEARS, and has done nothing about them, save for expecting customers to tell them about the bank's issues. This isnt the first time Ive had to call them about questionable charges. Now see, a bank I used to do business would call me up-even at three in the morning-and quiz me about questionable charges and saved me a pantload of money and stress? THESE people couldnt care less about your finances, your satisfaction, or questionable activity on your account. And these people work in the banking industry.

Let's not even get into how snippy they get with you if you have the GAUL to leave the STATE and don't tell them at least thirty days in advance. Im just glad I didnt take out an auto loan or mortgage from them. As soon as I have the ability to do so, I'll be closing my account with CNB and going back to the bank I worked with before. FTLOG, do yourself a favor and avoid CNB.

Worst bank in Junction City, I have nothing but negative things to say about it. The tellers/employees have the worst attitude about their jobs, the layout of the building is confusing, and the model of their business is not at all working.

We arrived at the bank expecting to turn loose change into cash since we are moving. They made it the most difficult process. The teller had the nerve to get angry at us. Reminder I'm 14 so don't expect me to have a bank account, even when we told that we were moving.

The layout of the building is so awkward. Their front door goes into an empty part of the building with no one to help. We finally stumbled to where we needed to go and their vault was open?? The floor level went up and then down.

So finally I made a remark about their business model. So after you set up an account they have to take 10% of your money for a fee to turn your change into dollars! That's really outrageous, why do they have to take my money so I can get money?

This bank is the reason why no one goes to banks anymore.

I've dealt with so many issues with these guys. Bunch of hidden fees. Got a savings account? Don't actively save money in it? The lady at the desk said the remaining dollar of every debit purchase would go to savings. Didn't happen. Cool, they will start siphoning money out of it slowly so you don't notice. Got charged 6.00 a month for services I was not able to use, bill pay? They still charge me to this day for it. I can't get rid of it. If they take money from you. You can safely assume you won't get it back. Forget about a refund. Forget anything about them reimbursing you for their mistakes. They will just write you off. Definitely go to a different bank who isn't hurting for clients. These guys will siphon money out of your accounts any way possible and chalk it up to being your fault. It is my fault that I didn't actively save money in my savings, so I should be penalized for that by taking money out of my savings for me into their pockets. I accidentally attempted to use bill pay once that I never was able to use. Awesome, now I can get charged 6 dollars a month for a service I never used once. Still trying to get rid of it. Will be changing banks this next week.
