Cedar River Car Wash

Great place!! Stopped on my way from Lansing to Ann Arbor - I had some trouble operating the car wash so the owner met me the following day and helped me out. Wonderful customer service!! My car is spotless and I will definitely visit this business again!

Singed up for the "unlimited car wash" and had 3 cars on that membership. The membership was sold as "unlimited for life". They told us they were doubling the cost because we use the car wash too much!! Wait what?? It's unlimited. Then without authorization they charged my husband's card 79.95 the next day which is double the price we signed up for.

I signed up for unlimited car washes for $29.99 ( one per day) Today I was advised by an employee that I might want to get my car washed less because they're not making enough money on me I need to average $5.00 per wash or they will have to charge me full price. I my book this constitutes fraud and will be making a complaint with the the Michigan State Attorney's office. I paid what they asked for and now they tell me they aren't going to honor the deal they offered. Clearly I'm cancelling my monthly charge and telling everyone who has ears about this. Up to this point I was a happy customer.

I've been to this car wash many times and have never had this happen. I disn't notice it until the next day because I went home and started making Thanksgiving dinner. Friday morning when I went to leave I looked at this side of my van and there were dirt stripes all the way from my front tires to the back of my van. The back hatch was also not clean. I spent $12 on that wash and it's horrible. I won't be returning there in the future. I would post pictures if I could.

Not recommended to use there wash. Had the membership for two months, but when I went through the wash the other day the wheel cleaner bounced off our wheel and chipped the rim one of the worker acknowledge this and told the owner, the owner refused to do nothing about it, we asked to have our membership refunded as it had just renewed shortly after this happened and he would not but instead asked us not to come back.

This location is not closed! They just did a huge renovation. It is state of the art. The soft cloth wash is great. The convenience of monthly memberships and rfid chips makes it very easy to keep your car in tip top shape.

This business is now open once again after being remodeled. Please revise the note that states that it is closed!
