Casey's

It's an older Casey's, but it checks out. I definitely won't hesitate to stop when I'm passing through.

By old, I mean it's in an older building that has some of the constraints that older convenience stores have. There isn't much space, especially when it comes to counter space so you can be a bit cramped if you're trying fill up your soda or grab a slice of pizza. That's okay, everybody seemed patient when I was there and nobody was in a hurry. For being an older building it was in tip top shape and like all other Casey's, nice and clean. Last but not least, there's always free air.

I don't find myself in Platte City often, but when I do it's nice to see such a familiar face.

How can there be no reviews for this place?! The pizza is good, pretty darn good, you get mounds of topping - I have to actually ask them to hold back some - and the people there call you "Hun". My kids love the cheese pizza and the hubby loves the taco pizza. I hear good things about the subs but have never had one!

I'm very picky when it comes to pizza. When getting it from a gas station I knew it was either going to be good or bad.. no in between. But this time this was right in between, the pizza was good but the quality of the pizza could have been better!

We ordered a Taco Pizza without tomatoes for carry out and they put tomatoes on it. They gave us a $2 coupon which is mailed out to everyone anyway. They said that was the best they could do. In my opinion the pizza should have been free. The only reason for 3 stars is that I felt sorry for the cashier who had to deal with it. She wasn't the person who made the pizza wrong.
