I bought my 2002 Saturn SC2 from the Carr's. The price was right and the car drove smooth. But 2 months later, on my way to work one day, someone decided to stop short in front of me at 40 miles an hour. Several miles down the road the car started to hard shift and then buck. I took it back to the Carr's and even though he doesn't service transmissions, he took a look at my car and made a few calls. He was able to help find out the problem and get me a great price on the replacement part. Not including he loaned me a car to use while mine was getting fixed. As a single mother with 2 kids and working 2 jobs this was a saving grace! It has been a long time since I have experienced service and care like this and they need to know its amazing they care about their customers!!
