La máquina automáticamente ordeno por mi, las chicas no entendieron mi orden y me dieron mam la hamburguesa #5 les pague 75 ç mas por aderezo racht y me echaron los que quisieron, las papas super saladas, el agua de limón con demaciado azucar!

I had too much sugar and coffee in the morning and needed something salty and greasy to balance everything out...LOLLLL! Came in and ordered a Western Bacon Cheeseburger which is actually the only thing I'll ever eat here. It just has all the right flavors. The staff is cordial and I didn't have to wait long. It definitely it the spot!

Look, it's a Carl's...they have the burgers when you're hungry but no one is gonna pretend it's fine dining. Back in the day, this location had addicts ODing/dying in the bathroom once a week. It's cleaned up a LOT since then...but you're not hosting your daughters Sweet Sixteen here. Stick to the drive thru... You'll be all good. No food poisoning.

Understaffed. Had to take off my own onions and tomatoes even after specifically asking for neither on my double burger. Also was given the tablet so I could place my order myself, so understaffed nobody could even place my order. Also my patty came out with these disgusting barnacle looking things on the bottom.

Under staffed waited a long time for 2 breakfast sandwiches.I ordered 2 egg,sausage and cheese bisquits They had a sign on the window 2 for $6 When I looked at the receipt I was charged regular price When I brought it to their
attention, she said that you have to mention the special

Ordered 2 double western cheeseburgers with no BBQ sauce. Easy enough.

Get all the way home to find out one only had 1 patty and the other had zero patties. So out of the 4 patties...I got 1. Absolutely ridiculous.

The employees of this restaurant are great. This rating is entirely due to the fact that this location is now using AI in the drive through and its fucked up my order every single time. It's total horseshit and I will not be returning.

Y'all know this is a Carl's Jr stan account by now. I know: fast food is expensive now, you could get an "actual meal" for the same price, yadda yadda. Sometimes you need a #12 (they re numbered the menu FYI) charbroiled chicken club wrapped in lettuce with a medium diet Dr Pepper. Carl's Jr is one of the few fast food spots that can make a satisfying gluten free grilled chicken sando and it has kept me sane for 10+ years. The drive thru at this location is bomb and everything is freshly made. I haven't been inside so I can't speak to that experience because I enjoy shoveling down my meal at the stoplight while I'm driving. It's called multitasking.

I used their drive thru today to order a kid's meal for lunch. It was easy to place my order, and got the food right away. The drive thru staff is professional and polite. One of the fastest service I've received at a drive thru! There was no line :)

Came here 20 minutes before closing time. Rode a bike down here in time and the employees turned their backs to the door when we walked up. We realized the door was locked. Rude lady mouthed at us through the glass to go through the drive through. Saw us on a bike and said nope sorry. Rude af! We came from so far & I have never tried Carl's Jr. Allegedly the best burger. So back to In & out I Go! :')
