HAVE AGAIN: Waffle fries were very good.
NOT HAVE AGAIN: I've always really loved the Santa Fe chicken sandwiches but the chicken breast did not seem to be grilled but rather heated in a microwave, which made it slightly rubbery. I'm reluctant to have this $8.50 sandwich again if it is going to be like this.

Rude not helpful the tall girl in charge is beyond rude not knowledgeable at all but some how she's in charge I showed them a discount for something and because she's not trained enough to find it she just walked away and said not gonna help you then you can't complain because you can't get ahold of them

Stopped by to grab food on the go. They got our order wrong. They charged us for the more expensive item we ordered and gave us a cheaper item we didn't order.

I came in ordered 2 burgers (just a burger then a combo), they gave me a bag with only 1 burger in it I noticed when I got in my car & came back inside. Then the burger I asked for was in a different wrapper so I asked if it was still the right burger and the girls asked the cook and he said yes. So I go home with both burgers then I open it and it's not the right burger so I had to come back and get it remade. Then the cook puts bacon on the BEYOND burger & continues to pick it out. The only reason this got more than one star was because the girls in the front were so nice and they had asked the cook too and the cook lied. The cook needs to be trained again because he can't do his job

Why close entire eating area at 9:26 on a Friday night ??? Should be open if customers want to sit in here

Went to this restaurant ordered two biscuits with two slices of cheese and bacon no egg!!! I had to tell her multiple times no egg so I get up to the window pay for my food get my food checked it and no xtra cheese!!
I paid extra for cheese but I didn't get and on top of that the biscuit is so hard I can't even eat it!!!

Not sure why this place has such poor reviews.

As far as fast food culture goes it's a good spot.

Me and my hubby often stop here for a lettuce wrapped burger on our way to the nugget beside it, $3 is a great deal for a burger and Carl's does one of the best lettuce wraps!

The only poor experience I've had here was in getting a beef taco salad and finding the beef stone cold, thankfully once I informed them they replaced it.

The staff are always nice and I enjoy that it's a nice quiet spot

It seems like every time I go into this carls jr. there seems to be a problem. First it was that they ran out of ice cream when I wanted a shake. Then the night before Thanksgiving, the computer system was down and they couldn't take my order. Then today I go to use their bathroom and they are out of toilet paper. Either someone isn't doing they're job properly by reordering needed supplies, or someone is just simply lazy and not wanting to do their job. I get it. Nobody wants to work getting paid near minimum wage, but if that's you, find another job, so I don't have to worry about if they will have toilet paper or not. Thanks.

Food was horrible and the wait was so terrible! The kid up front was scrambling! It took so long that I got 3 bites of my food
