If you're in the mood for flavorful greasy Puerto Rican food (don't lie, we all get that mood), then this place will satisfy that craving. The dining room is spacious and clean. The staff are nice but definitely don't take forever choosing your items

Do I go here a lot? No. But if I have that craving for a mofongo or yuca encebollada, then this place is a good local choice

Ran out of beef stew upon our arrival. Clean establishment. Friendly staff. Food was just ok.

My MIL & I had lunch here on a whim & had a great experience. My Spanish is rusty, but between a super friendly customer and the staff, we got recommendations and explanations of the different options. I don't know the names of everything (it was busy at lunch & I didn't want to be a pain), but we enjoyed some rice and beans, pork, and some fritter-type options-- one with cheese and one without, and one filled with meat. I would have liked the option of a relish, salsa (or similar) to offer some acid, lightness and contrast to the base foods, but maybe you have to ask for that separately.

I hate eating with plastic cutlery, and I'm not a fan of styrofoam (I know it's cheap but there are better options), so those were my only real complaints. I'd come back to try more of their options, either way.

I definitely recommend trying this place when in the area. It's quick when you take it to go. The food is all out in front of you and you just tell them what you want and they pack it up. The food is delicious, the chicken was really tender and flavorful and the juices combined well with the rice and beans. Plantains at times were a little dry. The empanadas are good and flavorful. The staff was friendly and helpful in explaining what some of the foods were. The portions are large and a good deal. Could most likely get a couple meals out of it.

A group of us came here for lunch and it was the best meal all week!

When you come in, there's a buffet area with a selection of all the meats that they have that day. There are also items that are made to order.
In addition to that, you can call ahead and they will have your order ready to pick up.

We sat in the dinning area. It's not a huge dinning area but nice and clean.
I got the mofongo with carne guisada (basically a beef stew). The beef was so tender and just fell apart and the while stew was really tasty. The mofongo itself was delicious, you can tell it was well seasoned.
And I have to say, they have very generous portion sizes. With food this good, leftovers are nice :-)

This place was exactly what I needed! Flavor was bomb especially the chicken soup pork and beans over the seasoned rice. The plantain were very dry however but the empanada and the meat patty were a YES!

very disgusted. i got pernil today and i now have vomitted twice, diarrhea and a horrible stomach ache. i went to the er and have food poisoning mind you i am pregnant you disgusting people serve old food change your food you cheap bastards. you people are disgusting!

I would absolutely recommend this place to friends, family and even if I didn't know you. This place is a solid 10/10 from customer service down to the food! The food has that great flavor as you would if you were in the island and at great prices! Amazing covid 19 restrictions and ToGo/Pick up alternatives.

Service is non existent. Ordered and Waited 45 minutes and had to request our food be packed up to take out. That took another 10 minutes.

Won't even try the food I'm so angry.

The bottom line: Good mofongo. Will return again.
The details: It isn't fancy, it isn't pretty, but it is good. You walk up and order at the counter then they bring the food to your table. The portions are good for the price. The staff aren't very friendly, but they will answer questions if you have any.
