I called in 10 minutes after they opened. They said if I came in I would be 3rd in line. On my way over they called and said if I got there right away I would be next.
2 minutes later I arrived. Nick told me I was after the vehicle in the bay which was almost finished. He said it would take 2.5 hrs for my vehicle which I agreed too. Two hours later I called to check in and they told me I would be the next vehicle in. I walked back to cancel and saw 2 different vehicles in the bays.

Lazy employees, all or them are always on their phones not trying to assist on customer, and honestly the worst cars toys you can visi.

Black Friday radio deal "250 Apple CarPlay with free install" once you get there they sell you upgrades you don't need if you're looking to be cheap and tell you you have to have it. After I'm just wanting the $250 apple car play installed they said it's $710.99 how!? With free install? They upcharged me $170 on a part I did not need.

do not take your car here!!! seriously I'm begging you. mislead me on the phone not only about the services provided but how much I would have to pay and then when I got there to pick my car up they had "no idea why someone would say that". Don't bring your car here unless you want to be scammed!!

Great service from car toys in Mesquite. I recommend them. Their great employees Ramon and Ruben make this experience awesome! The installers were very professional as well and made my system looks as though it was OEM. I will be recommending this store to friends as well as family.

Where to start.... When I made my appointment, the sales rep did not tell me that my VW Bug was going to take longer that the hour he quoted me. I dropped off my car at 11:00 am and my daughter and I walked to Bubba's for an early lunch while the car was getting the stereo installed. With no call that the car was done, giving them a little more time, we walked to Ross. Once we were done shopping at Ross, we called thinking the car was going to be done. At 1:15 the car had not even been pulled into the bay, he asked me to give him an hour. I was pissed! So it's really hot out there and we are walking. So sitting in Kohl's now, we waited the hour then started walking to Car Toys, now it's really hot as hell! We get there and was told he needed 30 more minutes!!!! So we get my daughters car at 3:30!!!! They did not show us how to hook it up to Bluetooth, he just blurted out the instructions and that was it, the instructions were not correct, it took us 20 minutes sitting in the parking lot to figure it out, we had to download an app! My daughter went into the store for assistance, the guy said he would come out to help, but never did!!!! She really needed speakers too, but because of their lack of customer service, they could have sold us some speakers too!!! I'll never go back!!!

My time at this location on Sunday the 12/11 was the worst ever the crew there does not assist at all get in the car no remote had to go back in and ask where is it . Then in the first part we get there take the sales guy to the trunk told him we want the amp hooked up and we also wanted the usb plug hooked up in front that didn't happen and then they charge out some speakers and didn't even call us to tell what they changed hook and bait then switch. I wish I looked first also check yelp they are worse with more customers they have no management in the evening time and lay out lame resins where they are so they can avoid the why questions

Totally horrible customer service ... before I came to car toys I gave them all call and ask , do we need a appointment to get our stereo checked or our speakers ?? They said well what do you want to do, I said well I want to see if I need a new stereo and speakers or I need only the speakers .? And he said you can just bring it in , and we did. When we got there no one greeted it us ... we stood there for like 10 min until my husband went and got there attention . We told them we had called and that they told us to come in and he said well for us just to check it will be 60-70$$,,, but this guy on the phone he never mention us going to be 60-70 $$ only for us to check it ... they where actually very rude I wish I could've got there names .. if the person that answer the phone had gives all the info , th it will be another story .. please don't go there horrible horrible customer service !!! I should've seen the reviews before going there !!!

I don't know how this location is still in business. Every person that works here including the managers have the common sense of somebody that works at Burger King . I can't believe I trusted them with my brand new Mercedes don't leave your car with them.
1. They can't follow simple instructions
2. Everything takes 10x longer then what they say it's going to take
3. It breaks then they don't know how to fix it
4. Terrible customer service
