STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

I have just left the Car Castle dealer in Mount Pleasant WI. I drove over 5 hours to be told the car I was purchasing had a MAF sensor issue and was not driveable. I drove with the assurance (and check in hand) this dealer was selling a quality car. I had a check to their name to pay for the car and just like nothing happen, they told me "look for another car" the car you want is not driveable. They knew I was driving to get the car this morning, I called them early in the day and I called them once I was in the Chicago area, they did not have the ethic value to tell me they messed up. The car offered, did not even look like the website, the headlamps were damaged and the tires were worn out. The interior was gutted front and back. How can a company be in business like that? I'm available for any questions you may have.

Please be aware as these are scammers will hurt more buyers, not only in Wisconsin, but all over the US. This is irritating and deceiving for me, but I just want other possible victims to be in the known.

Purchased a GREAT used BMW from them. The entire experience was fantastic. No pressure, no stupid sales gimmicks just a straight forward deal which was acceptable to both parties. Took less than 90 minutes to complete the deal, financing etc. and I was out the door.
Would definitely recommend them for the purchase of a vehicle!!!!
