I get so tired of standing in line watching them make to go orders. Waiting 20 minutes is a joke. I suppose I need to just order online. Install another take out food line or I won't be back.

My fiancé and I love Zupas!! We've been to this location multiple times now and the food is soo delicious, the staff is very friendly and the place looks very clean! Definitely recommend coming here.

The food is delicious and proven to be fresh! I love watching them make it for you on the line. Everything was so delicious, it honestly tasted like a good fresh out of a garden salad (the mango berry) - sandwiches never disappoint and the presentation of the salad and soup were impeccable. this is my favorite restaurant by far and the BEST location. I consistently order around 1-2 times a week and I have never had one complaint. The building is also well kept and clean, very open with LOTS of windows which i love. The staff is so friendly and attentive, very fast working and sociable. They also remember their regulars!! I will keep coming back!! 100% recommend. :-)

Walked in right before they closed early for a "team meeting" tonight. Was greeted with annoyed expressions, curt responses and absolutely sloppy food with little to no additions to the lettuce they call a "salad". Must be so hard to give customer service to someone who walks in, promptly orders, pays with cash and tries to be quick so they can get to their team meeting. Let's hope they touch on trying to be more friendly, hiding chronic RBF, numerous eye rolls, and actually giving people food that doesn't resemble dog food. As for me, I'm done with this overpriced hole.

Multiple visits resulting in upset stomach. My wife had already refused to continue ordering from this location. The final "nail" was a severe norovirus infection for me and my child which I am very confident came from this location. This is based on being the only common meal we had in a 48 hour period and onset of symptoms about 12 hours after the meal.

Management/ownership needs to step up and protect the customers and serve clean food.

I love this place sooo much!!! Highly recommend the try 2 combo, Wisconsin cheese cauliflower soup and honey bacon club. Staff was very kind and hardworking! Also the tables were very clean and it was just a great environment to be in!

A coworker recommended this place and it did not disappoint! The place was clean and inviting when you first walk in. The staff was friendly and super helpful explaining the menu and in a hurry since it was the start of the lunch rush. The Lobster Bisque soup was delicious! The club sandwich and Cobb salad was also good. The refreshers were a nice option, although I prefer unsweetened iced tea but that was not an option, with way I'd visit again and highly recommend it!

Update: I did get ahold of a very nice lady at the corporate office. She was very concerned about the piece of metal and also the lack of customer service I was given. She is going to be elevating and investigating the issue

I normally love the Wisconsin cauliflower soup at this location but something is different about it and it's not as good in my opinion. If anyone can solve this mystery for me I would appreciate it! Other locations taste the same and I prefer it way more. Otherwise the salads are great and I still enjoy the other soups. I'm not loving the new version of the Wisconsin cauliflower though
