Burlington

I don't know how this store is in business. It's trashed, and I'm sure it's been that way for awhile. Nothing where it should be. Stuff all over floor. Just horrible!

Clean place but small selection of mens items and horribly slow cashiers. I had two people in front of me and the two cashiers took 20+ minutes to do their job and kept giving me and other customers in line a weird glare. I would recommend you go to a different location

We have a new Burlington Coat Factory.. It could've been the new Ikea, or maybe something cool like Century 21 in NYC.....I know, I'm asking too much.

I am familiar with Burlington Coat Factory, having visited one in North Kansas City and also in Lenexa. I'm a fan and frequent shopper of Kohl's. I like it when you open the doors, and everything is sort of organized,and says, I've never been a huge fan of Burlington Coat Factory but I should be.

It has everything I like: Pants at a reasonable price, purses, shoes and towels, all at reasonable price. Clothing at a reasonable price. The luggage department was pretty darn good.

But it doesn't look organized. For a new store, it looks blah,and screams "I'm Blah!" I shouldn't complain. Heck, I'll go there before Gordmans. It's just not polished. It doesn't even look new.

I wasn't happy with the shoe department. They were everywhere, like a hurricane came through the aisle. I'm oddly picky on shoes. And Burlington Coat Factory doesn't quite hit the mark.

The selection isn't as great as it should be. It's only about 2 weeks old. It's a great addition to this area, but I hope they get it looking better. I'm just not enthused about it., but I will buy clothes there, cause the prices are affordable.

The store is always clean. Pretty well organized. The staff is usually very friendly I haven't encountered ever any poor service here. Burlington's return policy as a whole is a royal pain if you don't have your receipt. I was told no receipt so I couldn't exchange for a larger size which is what I wanted. A manager came over and approved it so I could exchange and I appreciated that a lot.it isn't their policy but Burlington needs to adjust it especially for cases like just an exchange.

Its Burlington Coat factory, I mean what exactly are we expecting here. I've always loved this place for kids clothes and will continue to do so. It's new and it seems like all the associates there are trying their best to help out. The affordable pricing and layaway are great no matter the location.

Worst customer service ever! Stood in line for 15 mins waiting to check out, while several other costumers that has layaway came by after and go to go ahead of me. I was ready to give you my money now, not later. Treated very poorly when asked if there was anyone else that could help. I would give no stars, but that wasn't an option. Won't come back to this location again.
