I been going to
This Burger King a couple times and went to the lake port
One and wow this Bk fries suck compared to other bk. Also their vanilla ice coffee is crap too. It's just all vanilla creamer .

I was tired and wanted a quick meal. Went through the drive thru and ordered an 8 piece mozzarella stick and a couple burgers. 3 of the mozz sticks were so hard you could barely bite through them and they got thrown away. They had to have been sitting there in the basket for over an hour then recooked maybe? Yeah gross and whoever made the decision to serve those should be fired. Saturday 9-3-22 at about 9pm or something. I'm pretty tired of getting crappy food from about everywhere in Sioux City that I get food from. It's pretty ridiculous. Nothing is ever made correctly..... Anywhere.

I liked the fast (three minutes), but otherwise just okay dine-in lunch service. This location was open to the Pilot Travel Center, had free wi-fi, and a TV, with sound coming from the TV. The dining area was mostly clean, but the fries were over-salted. Overall, just A-OK.

This location isn't open on Sundays. Mc Donald's and Wendy's are killing it. Poor Management is what I was told. I'd give zero stars if possible.

THE MANAGER SPAT INTO MY FOOD!!!
I purchase Burger King every other day, because I believed it to be 1 of 2 safe havens during the pandemic. I thought it more safe since Burger King has precautions set in place to avoid infection. This store is not following them. I'm a pleasant person who really doesn't like complainers. BUT- this manager was a monster. I went into the Pilot Subway on Singing Hills, Sioux City, Iowa, on 8/31/20 at 8pm. There was a pleasant 20ish dark-haired woman running the register. She took my order. A tall, thin, 20ish man was making the food. There was a huge 40ish male manager type micromanaging their every move. He was bare handed (no gloves) and taking his mask on and off as he moved around behind the counter, touching his face and then began loading my food into a paper bag. I asked him if someone else could do that since he'd just touched his face and he agreed. Then he went and inserted himself into the making of my second sandwich by spitting into the lettuce and chopping it in, as if I couldn't see him. I thanked the younger man and left. The owner of the franchise, including 13 other Burger Kings in the area (Shennen Saltzman) could not be reached since he has shrouded himself in a corporate veil to avoid contact by any customer. I spent hours trying to get an email for him and could not find one, though he is on many board of directors and owns multiple businesses and has many local affiliations. They simply do not want to hear what the customer has to say. It's just money in his pocket- who cares about you!

Thought I would stop im for a burger and surprised to find that I can't fill my own soda but the employees can work without gloves as they take the French fry container and use their hip to upon ,still no gloves as they fill the bag with fries. When I mentioned that she should probably be wearing gloves while touching peoples food I got a nasty look and a yep as she walked away. As appaling as that was all of this took place in front of the manager who just stared dumbly when I asked if he was the manager he replied he was and again I mentioned she should be wearing gloves I got the same dumb look. Guess this meal goes on the trash and a lesson learned
