Burger King

This was our first time at this location and it went like this...Okay so this review isn't about fine dinning or anything similar, nope it's about fast food, service and over all appearance...First off there was plenty of parking and easy to navigate the spaces...Next the inside looked well maintained and very open spaces...The staff was very nice and friendly enough for sure...The food was tasty, hot and made well...All in all it was a nice visit for the both of us and we'll be back in the near future...Give them a try when you need a fast, hot meal or just want a tasty burger.

Very poor quality food -
Coffee was water down, pancakes were still frozen in the middle. Thought trying out the new BK would be a good idea, however we are greatly disappointed with the food -

This is by far the worst BK ever. The workers are rude and not helpful if your order is wrong....which would be the last 3 times I have went. Just amazes me how the staff has not got this place shut down by corporate or health code violations. Highly dont recommend going here.

It's been years since I had a full size Whopper. The JR has always been enough to satisfy my craving. However, the 2 for $6 enticed me, and there's one in the refrigerator for later.

Now the critique. The meat could have been prepared days before, dry and tough. If it wasn't for the condiments and sauces, it would have been awful. I noticed that because the meat extended beyond the bun and it got more edible as I approached mid-sandwich.

Service was 50-50. Order taker and deliverer was pleasant. Money taker was devoid of personality. No napkins in the bag. Fortunately had some of my own.

Lowered rating to 1 star as this location looks dilapidated from the outside (didn't enter) and window person with nose ring doesn't know how to say thank you.

the food THEY DOD NPT EVEN USE GLOVES THEY GOT GERMS ON MY BURGER and the service sucked he charged 10 dollars for fry's when the sign said 2.50

Stopped in around 1pm. The drive thru line was 6 cars deep so I decided to park and run in. The dining room was pretty empty. Only 4 table of patroons.

The cashier was pretty busy chatting (getting hit on) by a customer who was already cashed out and waiting for his order. She seemed to be enjoying the attention, so they both seemed annoyed that I showed up to break up the party.

Anyhow, my order was correct and the fries were fresh and piping hot!

There was a piece of glass in my burger
I had a whopper and I was chewing and tasted something crunchy and at first I thought it was nothing and then I felt something hard in my mouth and there was a piece of clear glass that was in my burger, I will not be going back, ever, and do not recommend this place to anyone, they've screwed up my order in the past and just doesn't seem to be a good place, I'm going to be looking into how to continue to pursue compensation for this, but will not eat here anymore.

Most dirty most noisy, employees talking very loud, bathroom dirty and leaking, ask for water , the answer is go to bathroom get, worse Burger King ever

Horrible. The ONLY fast food place I will frequent is Burger King, however this location hires employees who either don't care or are just stupid. The last 5 times I've gone to this location, 4 times they've gotten my simple order incorrect. It's dispicable that these idiots want $15 per hour. My advice to the manager of this store is to monitor your employees better. They're not doing an acceptable job.

Terrible experience.
After taking my order, I told to go sit down and that they would bring it out to me. 10-15 minutes later my food came out, but it was different than advertised. The chicken parm sandwich had a grilled fillet instead of a fried crispy fillet, which made it much less appetizing.
The worst part was the employees and the atmosphere they created. 7 to 8 employees (including the manager I think) standing around laughing, yelling and screaming. Coming out from behind the counter and hanging around in the dining area. It made me feel like I had walked in on some type of wild party. Not only unprofessional, but it made it very uncomfortable to be there.
Never again.
