Came here around 8:30PM. Well done, the food was made hot with awesome service. *****

This BK bums me out. I went through the drivethough, which they have 2 for convenience- but not really sure how convenient they are. I waited almost 5 minutes to have someone take my order, which was the # 3 Impossible Whopper meal, large (comes with sandwhich, fries and a drink). I asked for a Coke as my drink, only to be told they are out of coke. 11:50am on a Tuesday and they are out? OK. I get to the window and pay and am told I have to go to the front and wait for them to bring my food. Another 5 min goes buy and they bring out my order. Here is the kicker. I thought all that waiting may have been because they needed to cook new fries. Not so much. Fries came out cold.

Fast food this is not. I feel bad for fast food restaurants after COVID because that work force was the one that didnt necessarily come back so they are low staffed- but having no Coke on a Tuesday is an order issue that should never happen.

Ordered to-go 2 sandwiches and not even the 2 for 6. They had the nerve to charge me 3 sandwiches. In addition, the sandwiches were awful and tasted off. Didn't eat them. One of the sandwiches didn't have an egg. Prefer other locations further away. The sandwiches are sitting pre made at least 3 hours. They had a time sticker on it.

Been years since I went to a Bk. Now I remember why!!! This place is horrible. No one in drive thru, waited more than 5 or 6 minutes. Waited another 10 minutes for my food. Girl at the window was so rude, and the food stale bread and sad piece of lettuce. BK needs to call it, it's a wrap, go away.

SLOW , to much chatting in the kitchen , and took and unreasonable amount of time to make 2 cheeseburgers WITH NO CUSTOMERS

Manager had a horrible attitude so rude

Had a coupon so I got a whopper meal and 2 cookies. The total cost was $6.52. The whopper and fries were pretty good. The cookies and Powerade were pretty bad though. The interior was quite clean. Even though I was the only person dining in, service was pretty slow and lackadaisical.

Jayden is the best. So funny and accommodating. Yummy food! So happy with all of them

This location is horrible. The last 3 times I went there were nothing but kids running the place, the food is wrong, uncooked and old.

Stopped here on my way to pick up kiddo from school. Thought some nuggets would be a nice snack. Went thru drive thru quick since I was only one. Out of 2 drive thru lanes only one open, other one has cones.
Employee seemed nice enough but didn't give me a receipt or offer one which I didn't realize until I got to school. Since this location even after 2 years being open DOESN'T do mobile orders but you can scan the receipt for points, this definitely ticked me off. Now to the food.. I realize these are the cheapest nuggets right now but do you have to serve them lukewarm, and hard? These things are so sad. It looks like they are deflated. The fries were a mix. They were really hot (bonus) but really really salty. I love me some salty fries but these were too much even for me. My tongue actually feels shriveled and I didn't even eat 1/2 of a small order. There was a good size opening at the bottom of my bag so now my passenger seat is all salty. Ugh. But the biggest disappointment and disgust is the packets of ketchup the employee felt was perfectly fine to throw in bag! I'm traveling, which means I'm reaching in blind. These packets of ketchup were coated in sticky globby crap. This is not ok. I won't be going back anytime soon until the owner of this location puts even just a minimum effort to look into some of these complaints on here and fix the issues that keep being addressed on here. Even for a fast food place there should be standards.

I was going to Burger King and the only reason I went was for the spider verse whopper and they where out of the red bun.
