Burger King

I really only eat at Burger King for breakfast a few times a year. I live their bacon, egg, and cheese croissan'wichs. The standard menu price is 2/$5 but recently they had a deal that made it 2/$3. I accidentally ordered at the wrong store and wasn't going to drive 20 out of my way for $3 so I contacted customer service through the app about ordering at the wrong store. They were not able to switch the order to the store I was at but they gave me three dollars in credit toward my next order +250 BK points in my account. The only bad thing was I could no longer use the 2/$3 deal since it was like a coupon in the app(one time use) plus I couldn't use the $3 off coupon because you can only do one coupon deal each hour. I ordered these for breakfast the next day and am now more careful about which restaurant I'm ordering from. I highly recommend using their app. There are so many good deals, especially around the holidays. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that when I went to pickup my order, a few minutes after they opened, no one was at the window and it took at least 10 minutes to get someone to come to the drive through window to show them I ordered ahead through the app.

Surprisingly this location was so spacious and clean.

The staff was really helpful and nice.

Unfortunately, I ordered with pickup service through drive thru but was still required to pick up in person.

Other than that, the food was warm and fresh. It tasted great!

I'm sitting in the parking lot of this place right now and they are having every single car that's going through the drive-thru in ordering pull around and sit outside of the building. There are including myself 8 cars right now sitting in front waiting for their food. How this place is still in operation is absolutely beyond me. There are now people walking inside that are fifth or 6th in line in the cars that are getting their food immediately from walking in the door because they aren't bringing it out to us. How this place is still in operation is insane. There is always an issue here. They never have their stuff right. There's always a line waiting to get your food after you pull through the drive-thru. This place needs new management. This place needs help. This place shouldn't even be open. What a bad look for Burger King

Pulled up to the drive thru and it took them a minute to take the order. Didn't think much about it so when we pulled around to pay, the guy told us to pull around to the parking lot near the door and he would bring the food out. Again, didn't think much about it but just realized there's 6 cars here waiting and 2 employees covering this location. Management needs to do better and staff properly. They were doing the best they could but did not have the staff to handle this location. It's 8:45pm when we ordered the food and they really are struggling. The guy was so nice and had such a great attitude though

Pretty ghastly during the pandemic. Drive through closed. Dining room closed. Service about as welcoming as a hornet's nest.

7-21-2023 these idiots don't know how to read a ticket or care about there job duties. pulled up to the drive thru and the guy hands me the order without the drinks. Told him two cokes are missing n he only give me 1. I've worked in restaurants for years. Didnt read the tickets or order cause I have a whopper add cheese and bacon. MF give me a whooper with no bacon or cheese. Do better you lazy asses the time was 7PM so no excuse it was a late order. Y'all are fucin dick heads n lazy AF to not do a simple fucin burger. Shut the shit while down n Fuc them lazy emplayers

They open whenever they want, close whenever they want, at least 30minutes for drive through, the slowest fast food in the world I think. and sometimes, even nobody taking your order, staff in the kitchen play phone, the door is locked at not even 8 at dinner time. They took your order and keep talking back there, no one cook food for you! No idea why they even refurnished the restaurant instead of close it permanently!

Wow. So bad here. Disinterested workers. Filthy restaurant. Single combo took 30 minutes to come out (and I was the ONLY in restaurant order). Drive through not at all full and they still could not get their act together. Then when it came out they had gotten it wrong (double whopper on receipt, burger I received was a single). Prime example of workers that could not give a crap.

Worse for them, 2 customers came inside and left while I was waiting because not a single worker came out to take their order (or even acknowledge them despite walking by the customers!).

Orlando restaurants around the parks are BAD but this one takes the "crown" (Burger King Pun).

THE ABSOLUTE WORST service ever. The drive-thru and dining room are most always closed. When the drive-thru happens to be open they ask for cash only. Feels super shady...they need to fire everyone and start over.

Waited 15 minutes on the drive through asking whether or not they were there or not because their screens were broken. Employees laughed at me when I made my order. I ended up leaving with nothing because they were so catty. Burger King has pretty lax customer service at best, but this location specifically seems to be terrible.
