Burger King

Fries were cold, hard as a rock and disgusting. We will not stop there again. Drive up gal wasn't friendly and never gave a receipt so we could do the survey. Hmmm..I wonder why that would be..

Out of chicken for the Ch'King sandwich but it was late. What really wowed me was the dining room being open and the friendly service. My meal was delivered to my table, and a forgotten cup for a small drink turned into a larger cup for the error.

Pulled into the drive thru at 11:51 PM (They close at midnight). Was the 4th car in line. The truck right in front of me completed their order at 11:58 PM. I pulled forward to place my order. The menu was still lit up, so the drive thru was still open. The truck in front of me was still visible, but after another minute or so it pulled forward, and no one had taken my worker yet. I started to get a sinking feeling. Another minute went by and finally someone came on to tell me they were closed. I told them that I was there at 11:51. The reply, "There's nothing I can do." I told them that I was the last car in line. "There's nothing that I can do." I told them that I pulled up to order at 11:58, which is BEFORE they close. "There's nothing that I can do." I told them that the menu was still lit up, which is what that location has always used to indicate that they are open. "There's nothing that I can do." Basically, they purposely waited 2-3 minute, until it was midnight, and then they told me that they were closed, just because they didn't want to be bothered with serving one more customer. There is a reason this place is rated 1.5 stars. I will never spend another penny there, and may not spend another penny at any Burger King ever again as a direct result of the way I was disrespected here. Do yourself a favor and go about 2 blocks west and eat at either Jade Garden or McKenzie River Pizza. If you're in a hurry and headed south on I-15, go to the next exit where you can get McDonalds, Wendy's, or 5 or 6 blocks west on the left, Taco Bell.

Can't stand the new animated video menu boards (almost as bad now as the ones at McDonalds, which move so much I can't even read them). This means I can only order what is on printed paper coupons they send in the mail.

They used to limit the animation of the video menu boards to just one on the end, but now they are all changing. I then have to wait for the boards to return to the items I am interested in to continue reading and maybe decide what I want. This can get so frustrating that I often walk out without even trying to order.

The food is usually OK, when I can order.

Cynthia is the manager according to her. The order was simply 2 whoppers ketchup and cheese only. 4 whoppers no tomato and a large fry. The manager told me she doesn't fucking need this and she doesn't have to serve me. When I got to the window I asked if the order could be repeated and she said I was being rude. She told me to pull around front and if I don't like it fuck off after she shipped my card. I was shocked I asked for the manager and she said I am the fucking manager bitch. I was shocked I pulled around front and still waited 25 minutes for the food that was all wrong. Once I pulled to the front there was another person that waited 25 minutes and then parked 6 people after me. I asked for packets of ketchup they brought me jams

Terrible terrible terrible terrible terrible terrible terrible. Buns hard as rock which would be great if they were my buns if u know what I mean. Something tasted funny in the impossible whopper as in spoiled or something. Hope I don't get sick. Burger was overall very thin. I've had these whoppers all over the country so I know what they're supposed to take like. Removing this BK from my stop list. Front desk guy was nice. Overworked staff. Flies everywhere. Restroom was nasty smelling and probably coming from HVAC.

Just because we are dealing with Covid-19 doesn't give a business a free pass to screw up orders and charge you for items you don't get. Not to mention cold food too. We're still paying customers and expect the same quality. There are 3 Burger Kings in town and this one has always been my favorite, good service, correct orders, and always fresh and hot. After tonight they are now below average, just like the others.

We pulled in at 3 a.m. to get breakfast only to be told the breakfast menu wasn't up yet only the dinner menu was available. At 3 in the morning? Ridiculous. Last time I will be a Burger King customer. They don't deserve one star.

So went there and placed an order for my family. 2 whopper meals 2 orders or chicken nuggets and one grilled chicken combo. Got everything but the grilled chicken. Third time this has happened this month.

These guys don't even deserve a star! I sat in my truck for 30 minutes waiting for my food! I had to go inside and get it! And while I waiting, the guy taking my chicken nuggets out of the frier dropped them on the counter!!! My meal should've been free but no I got nothing! Don't eat here!!
