Burger King

It's one thing to have excellent service but it's another thing to have excellent hospitality THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU. Food was hot and fresh and the experience was even better. Deandre had the most beautiful personality FROM BEGINNING TO END I've ever experienced through the drive thru in a long time. His back must hurt from carrying the team. ALL I GOT TO SAY IS THIS LOCATION BETTER ROLL OUT THE RED CARPET EVERY SHIFT THIS MAN WORKS. THANK YOU SIR

Just a pre cooked burger, cold and dry meat. This was my favorite burger back when they flame broiled the burger fresh, today they cook the expected burger sales in the morning and keep them warm in a pan of water and grease, such a shame.

Burger King has always been my favorite fast-food burger, but we may never come to this one again. We ordered a whopper meal, with cheese, and a whopper junior, with cheese, but there was no cheese on either of them, even though we paid extra.

We asked for no tomatoes on the junior, but the receipt printed out "no onions." They don't put onions on the junior anyway, and when we got everything home, there was a tomato slice on the junior. Okay, that can be picked off, but after paying for the cheese, we had to add our own at home.

Sorry, BK Cedar Hill. I'm afraid that was your last chance.

This restaurant has the worse customer service. I placed an order via the app only to realize when I got home that my order was not correct. I called and spoke with the manager and he said yes mam and then he hung up.

Horrible. Poor customer service. Should be shit down. Waited 15 minutes in drive thru for my son. Got to the window indow and they said they only had 2 people working so they couldn't make our food which was 1 combo I email the corporate office. They didn't care and gave me a 50% coupon for an online account thru their app that didn't work.

Horrible service, instead of helping customers they stood and talked when we complain of service manager was cursing at us and kicking us out and laughing at the fact we had to wait 30 minutes for our food

This has to be the worst managed place I've ever been to we spent over 25 dollars here for my staff and it's a joke. People saying the n word over the speaker, cold food, ghetto workers, order has been wrong the last two times.
I get it doesn't take much to hear an order and make it when the instructions are in front of you. But this is terrible I will be calling corporate today.

Usually don't post bad reviews but this this BK pissed me off! waited 15 minutes just to order. saying they were short staffed. i shoulda took my business elsewhere. then pulled up to 2 cars in front of me & waited another 15 mins just to get to the window. then i specifically said root beer 3 times. she gave me cocacola. i hate coke! then didn't even put a single napkin or ketchup on my bag. i waited so long my whopper & onion rings were cold. no excuse for this bullshit service!

No inside service. Plenty of cars in parking lot. People were inside eating (probably staff) as all doors were locked.... We went through drive through a couple of weeks ago because we took a whopper to class to eat before class started. However, this time we wanted to sit down and eat a whopper freshly made...they don't travel well and get soggy fast. But with the place locked up? Another employee was getting off shift and into their car as we got back into our car to leave. It was LUNCH time people!
I know that this location had dine in service during 2021.
If Burger King want to stay in business, they need to keep up with their competitors who ARE OPEN and providing dine in service. So we went to a nearby dependable Subway sandwich shop instead.
I'd give the place a zero, but the range is 1-5.
