Burger King

Our indecisive group of 8 stopped here for lunch on our 12 hour road trip. Im not sure if there has been a change in management since all the bad reviews but that was not our experience. The customer service was some of the best i think i have had at a fast food place. Food was fresh and hot. I have no complaints. I don't usually leave reviews but the lady who took our order deserves a 5 star review!

I try to avoid fast food, but Forrest city has limited options for a meal. Quite surprised at the friendly demeanor all of the staff, the burger was hot off the grill, fries hot on the tongue and everything in the to go bag for a change.

Absolutely no customer service. Rude, unprofessional and no understanding as to why these individuals were hired. It's a hard no for me.

Completely disgusting. Ordered breakfast and coffee. Made us pull forward to wait on eggs for the breakfast sandwiches and they were holding on coffee. The sandwiches came out already cold and the coffee wasn't even tea colored. Don't waste your time or money.

Want to sum it up in one word? Trash. Typical Burger King...sucks. Anytime McDonalds is a better choice, you should probably take it. This Burger King is a prime example of how this franchise has gone down the toilet...

When we found out that Burger Kings were starting to carry the Impossible Burger, we wanted to stop in and try it out. Despite the horrible reviews for this location, we took our chances because we were on a long road trip and were very hungry. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we found that the reviews were fairly accurate.

Though there were only two customers in front of me, it took forever to get through the line. I watched as people waited 15+ minutes for orders, and saw how rude the staff was to the customers. When I approached the counter, I placed my order and asked if it was possible to get my fries without salt because I don't like too much salt in my food. Instead of explaining to me that this location does not salt their fries (which I would not know since I am not from the area), the lady at the register said "I haven't salted the fries all day". I laughed it off, but was utterly astonished that an employee would treat a customer in such a way.

Later, I watched as customers were ignored at the counter. The ice machine did not have ice in it, and when a customer asked if the ice machine was broken, he was simply told "yes". He was not offered ice from behind the counter, which I know they had because my cups were pre-filled with ice without me asking for it. The drink area was a bit of a mess and no unsweetened tea was available for customers coming through the dining room. When I asked if they had any behind the counter, it took forever for me to get someone to get me some, not to mention the fact that it was an obvious inconvenience to the employees.

Next time we travel through Forrest City, we will avoid this restaurant at all costs!!!

This place is horrible. Always out of condiments, menu items, etc. Burger was cold and service was lacking.

Nasty restrooms that had broken soap dispenser so it was evident they employees could not wash hands after using the restroom. The filthy drink station was disgusting.

Employees are more concerned with their cellphones and standing around outside than taking care of the customer.

If I could give it less than one star I would.

The nastiest Burger King I've ever been too! Floor had spilled drink over it and they just put a cone by it. The fountain machine looked like a bomb blew up and hasn't been cleaned in weeks. Then the people making my food screwed up twice on my orderer and when they finally got it right it was just nasty meat was burned buns where dried out I didn't bother waisting my time to tell them cause they wouldn't care they just wanna hurry and finish so they can talk to there friends. I really hope the owner gets there act straight or that place will be shut down

Horrible, horrible. Drink counter was a disaster..drinks spilled and trash everywhere. I took a video and sent it their corporate headquarters. Am surprised the Health Dept hasn't shut this place down. Nastiest restaurant I've ever been in. If I could give it negative stars. I would.
