Burger King

Waited a good 5 minutes for some one take our order. Young lady behind the counter kept forgetting what she was doing. Gave my husband and I our bags but never handed us our kids kids meals, had to ask for them. Floor was dirty, the soda machine hardly worked. Another girl was in there doing cart wheels in the lobby, an employee told another customer it was to go only, no dine in as several of the employees friends or family just hung out in lobby.

Will not be going back for sure.

This BK had the hardest French Toast sticks I have ever tried to eat. Could not eat them. They were like bricks!!!

This garbage gave my boyfriend food poisoning and when I tried to call to let them know he got food poisoning from they food the phone went straight to voice mail if I could give this restaurant a -1000 I would give it a -1000 cause wow that's ridiculous. I will be making sure someone over the Burger King hears about this and I hope nobody else has to go through what we are right now

Yikes.

Been coming here for years every Christmastime with my sister as she feeds her kids this junk, lol. So I gave it a try this year, and YUCK! And what the hell is a chicken fry?? I tried that, too, and it was so rubbery and tasteless! I don't know how my sister and her kids deal with this place, but I know how my stomach did. And, boy, was it upset...

Food is what you expect, but the employees that I have encountered my handful of times going there, were the most unfriendly, cold, and unhappy people I've ever had to order a meal from.

Not good, food cold,slow service,nasty restaurant ,restaurant poorly put in wrong location.have to walk thru parking lot traffic

I stopped in after lunch , and still got my whopper without pickles and cheese before I could fill my drink cup.
I surprised when my price was the same as on the menu. I guess most places automatically charge for an upsized meal.

Giving a 1 star is being generous. We needed a quick lunch to hurry and get back on the road. We waited for someone to take our order...waited as 3 clerks came to register or simply walk by not any of them acknowledging us. The girl that finally took our order looked like we were disturbing her. Now the bathroom. You need a oxygen mask. It Stunk to HIGH HEAVEN. To the staff: pour hot water down the drain daily. This will help. 2ndly be thankful you have a job. While at work and in front of guest smile. I know it's fast food but that is no excuse. You must still give at least mediocre customer service.

Only because you have to give 1. DO NOT STOP! We pulled over for a quick breakfast, mind you we were one of three cars- 30 mins and the guy in front of us asking for his money back we were able to get out of there. Unbelievable the lack of customer care at this place. Don't waste your time.

Never been more disappointed in a restaurant, which is why I'm taking time out of my day to write. First off, the lady gave us 2 10 piece nugget meals instead of the kids meals I asked for. Then she said a mgr would have to fix it. Nobody ever surfaced to help us. THEN they were ridiculously slow. Lastly BOTH the mens and womens room was out of toilet paper when my husband and I tried to take our 3 yr old to the bathroom. AGAIN she said "i'll have to tell a manager" then proceeded to take the next person's order. Beyond disgusted.
