Save yourself some money and drive a little further for a different BK restaurant. Food was absolutely terrible. Trash.
The hashbrowns were old, cold and SOAKED in grease. Croissanwich was cold and just literally thrown together.
Seriously, just don't go here.
I love BK breakfast, but I will go out of my way to avoid this location from now on.

I went through the drive thru for lunch today. Even though there was a line, it moved quickly! My order was accurate and fresh, and the service was great! The guy at the window was super nice and double checked that I had everything I needed before leaving! Will definitely be back!

I've gone here twice and both times the fries were horribly undercooked and burger overdone. I usually never have complaints about fast food because I've been there and it's stressful but the food is just downright atrocious at this location

Usually they be half way decent but today was just terrible. Picking up doordash one order they say they didn't have the other order was completely cold the bag looked like it came out the garbage it wasn't tapped down with the order on it. I refused to deliver that so I went back in to read them the other order like doordash said and asked for the other one to be remade but they ignored me and act like I wasn't at the counter. I was never rude caught a attitude, nothing but was treated that way. I kindly left the order on the counter and walked out . Never again my go to is usually always brainerd rd. Super professional quick and efficient

Tried to get food before work but the window worker was incompetent. Gave me wrong food and charged me for it. I told her it was not my order and she took the food back, but did not give me a receipt. Pulled forward and waited. Then went inside and the surly and rude manager tim refused to get my order and would not give me a refund. Plus it made me late for work. BK website for complaints is a joke.

I decided to go to Burger King because McDonalds was too busy to wait.. I got the Chicken sandwich and first bite tasted weird so I spit it out and opened the sandwich to find slimy lettuce! Disturbing that an employee would purposely put rancid bottom of the bag leftover lettuce on a sandwich and served it to a person! Never again!

worst customer service ever..poorly managed.. sat there for 10mins in the lobby no line. but everyone in the back looked at me and no one ever came up front to take my order... drive thru matters.. they do not take care of lobby customers. worst service ever!!!

***What Happened With (Have It Your Way?)*** I came this morning to what I thought was my favorite Burger King, because the staff is usually friendly and the manager. We have been coming to this BK for years, specially because it's close to were I work. I order the 2 for $4 breakfast Chicken Croissant and 2 three piece French toast sticks, and my co worker and BK manager are talking, I pay for my food. When the BK manager puts one Croissant sandwich in the bag, I noticed it was just one and the 2 freà toast stick, so I mentioned to the manager that I had said that I wanted the 2 for $4 Chicken Croissantwich and he tells me that I only prefer one and I mentioned Gain to him that it was 2 for $4 deal and he told me to look at my receipt and I did and he only charged me for one. I didn't want to argue, so I mentioned to him I can pay the difference and he told me NO that he could ring up the difference. That he would need to charge me again for another Croissantwich. So I told him forget it. I have worked and work with people day in and day out, you always try to Elevate the situation not turn a bad situation into a worst situation. It could've not cost him much to either rering the purchase or charged the difference. I even confirmed with my co worker that I had ordered the 2 for$4, that's what we always get when we go to BK. I was really disappointed with his unprofessional solution to the situation. Burger King Corporate please take that extra step to train your employees specially store managers to Elevate the situation NOT escalade it. I'll definitely go to the other BK's even if they are further away. Or just go to Chick-Fil-a,

Food was left out of order. When I tried to call to have it fixed I was hung up on. Poor customer service and poor service in general.

Our cashier was friendly and pleasant and got out food out quickly, but without making us feel rushed. I went to try the new Sourdough breakfast sandwiches and they did not disappoint.
