This location has been closed for months. Not sure why it still shows as open with BK?

Closed for months. Look at the date on this. It's March 2022.

I have stopped there once a week for the past three weeks. I order the Impossible Burger with cheese no onions. I have given them many many chances now but today was my last. Sandwich was so cold the cheese wasn't even melted...what a rip off! So much for 'made fresh' on the commercials!!!!

      Ordered on Doordash!

Impossible burger was not available during first order.
During the second order the Resturant closed and business hours were not updated.

      Worst service/management.

Not sure how they are still in business, every chicken sandwich I get is cold, there drive through personnel between 10 and 2 PM don't speak English, if the order is right and correct that is the surprise. It seems as if you speak clear English then certain menu items like chicken fries, mozzarella sticks, the impossible sandwich, or not available at their store only. So the ladies at the drive-through pick and choose what's available on the menu, you can't tell me that a nationwide company like Burger King wouldn't have several popular menu items across three weeks without a sign that says we are out of these items because of logistical issues. Especially when the car behind me, one of my Hispanic friends, will order the same thing and will get it promptly, warm, and very well cooked. I don't know how this place is still in business but it's a very racist store, but in Albuquerque it's one of the few places near my job where I can get an an impossible sandwich.

This location is a little challenging to get to once you exit the interstate. The staff is not that friendly though the food is done well. If you are going to get it through the drive thru and not go in I would say it is worth it.

Service is not to great, they do not check and refill catchup. Girl behind counter said, do not offer sweet tea. If the kids didn't want to come here I would have went someplace else.

      Play area.
      Drinks and no sweet tea.

Best costumer service and best food i've ever had, hot and fresh. The guy who took my order was very polite and made sure to inform me that the fries were really hot so to be careful. Not only left with a good feeling in my tummy but a good feeling in my heart!

On my route home from work, this BK is located in a parking lot next to Chevron, right off the Alameda exit on I-25. It is kind of hard to navigate through the parking lot as the lot is shared with several locations and building obstruct the entrances and exits. It can be kind of a pain to get in and out of this establishment due to the traffic flows.

Okay, so the food is good, what you would expect from a good BK, the fries weren't hot, but weren't cold either. But the burgers were really tasty. The service was a bit slow, but I didn't mind because my order was perfect, nothing was missing, and the food tasted super fresh and delicious (in fast food standards anyway).
