Buffalo Wild Wings

I love Buffalo wild wings. I order here often. But in Portland they are really mis-managed. They need a leader. Cuz it ain't getting it done. Staff is super awesome and extremely nice. But they do not understand customer expierence.....they haven't been trained. I blame management.
If I order chips and salsa....how long should that take? 90 seconds? If I have to ask them how much longer (after 10 minutes?) They just need guidance cuz the peeps that work here are great.

But they prefer to hang at the waitress station and chit chat. Lean on coolers and stare the crowd down....kinda weird.

I came today for the bogo and they didn't give me that option.

Food wasnt warm 2 minutes after getting, waited an hour, and wasnt given correct order was not supposed to Get lemon sauce on my. Lemon pepper seasoned chicken wings. It tasted like a gravy, and was soggy. Not coming back......

I came to the Portland downtown location looking for something to eat near our hotel. The BWW was open and we decided to come here, as not much else around was open late. We ordered a Buffalo chicken salad and a late night $10 dollar burger, tots, and boneless wing special. Horrible service (over an hour wait empty restaurant to go along with subpar food in the sketchiest downtown I've ever been in. Got junkies outside taking drugs. This place is a sh*t show. Burger meat has a very cheap quality taste to it. Posted this the following day and I was sick to my stomach. My wife's salad was wrong so sending it back and getting a new one took forever. Wings and strips are barely sauced. Stay away.

Came here a month ago, completely overcooked wings. With very very little sauce. If you come, ask for extra sauce. Came back again and got a stale beer after asking how fresh the tap is for the blue moon. Blue moon tap is always stale. Absolute worst buffalo I've ever been too. Still got charged full price after swapping my beers.

This was 2 years after the pandemic started, no grand floral parade downtown, we got indoor free seating, but we came downtown to avoid the crowd, there was none! (We did got stuck in traffic coming to downtown, for the floats were heading there, too!)

As we were heading to the Fun Center, we decided, with the small crowd heading there, let's avoid eating there this time, and have a cozy lunch in a restaurant. As we were thinking that, we spotted one to our left, and saw a menu (staring at us in the face), and the server inside, held up a Drink Menu for us to look at, through the window. We don't drink alcohol in the middle of the day, but that was enough to bring us inside! I was kidding him aside, saying: "Did you say you've got 'complimentary fries'? He said: 'I wish!' His 'friendly service' continued as we found a sit for two, by the window - of course!

I ordered the Smoke Brisket Sandwich, because it was piled high with BBQ brisket! It contains grilled onions, slaw, pickles, shallah bun. I asked him to have it cut into 4ths. The onions were a bit crunchy, but everything else was perfect, not high like in photo, because it was cut, and could you believe it? I ate everything, when I'm ready to bring HALF home! (I usually do, so it must not have been that much meat, cut or not, because I was able to eat it all gone!) It also came with thinly sliced seasoned French Fries, which I like, but I shared.

Hubby ordered 6 Boneless Chicken Wings, with sweet BBQ sauce, and also a side of Mac & Cheese. The Mac & Cheese were delicious. The wings came cut fresh veggies, and he said they were good. The BBQ sauce was the 'worst bbq sauce he ever tasted in my life!'.

The service and the restroom was good, but the sauce & the photo compared to what I got, reason why it's 3 stars.

Standard bar food. Well priced. Wings are the go to thing if you go here. Service was overall good. Wouldn't beD back unless I was meeting a group (which is why I went this time!)

BWW is always fun but I miss the NE location. Going downtown is a pain. We went on Super Bowl Sunday and although we didn't have a reservation we were able to get a seat at a table in the bar area.

Our server was great and super nice but very new to the job. She forgot to put in drinks and forgot a food item. All in all though good was great and we appreciated getting a table.

If I could give less than one star, I sure as f*** would! I've been going to BWW, or B-Dubs for years. I went today for a free half dozen wings for my birthday. Also. Tuesdays are BOGO. The waitress was awful. I got my bill and found I didn't get BOGO. When I asked about it, she said it's buy one get one half off. I informed her that that was something new. She said it had always been that way. She argued with a guest!!!! The BWW app said it was buy one get one free on Tuesdays. She charged me anyway. I went back to complain. And the manager didn't care. Told me I could leave or he'd call security. Whatever happened to customer service and admitting when you were wrong?

If I could give this location zero stars, I would.
Their website promotes a crazy amount of deals ($9.99 10 piece bundle, $3 beers), but it's all a front just to get you in the door. Once inside the menu is hard to navigate and none of the deals are available. Our waiter was a 'nice guy', but didn't understand the menu at all which resulted in him bringing us beers we didn't ask for and our bill coming out to over $75. WHAT?! $75 for BWW?! Not worth it! When we complained the GM came over and was honestly kinda snarky and refused to remedy the situation as he should. Your staff should be well versed on the menu and if they aren't, that's a restaurant error and your customers shouldn't have to pay for it. Never coming here again and letting everyone in my circle know this place is trash.
