There's nothing worse than being hungry and ignored. I went in during the afternoon and there were a few other guests...maybe a handful of tables. I sat at the bar since I was flying solo and there were only 2 other people bellied up to the bar.
The bartender was right there when I walked up, so I immediately got a beer. And then...nothing. I came there primarily to eat but I was just left at the bar with my beer. Not offered a menu or anything. So I waited. And waited. I assumed the bartender was doing side work or getting ready for shift change? So I waited some more. NOPE. She was just posted up at the other end of the bar sitting at a table on her phone. Okaaaaay. I sat here for about 15 minutes waiting to be offered a menu.
Another almost 10 minutes goes by and she gets up and I figure, this is my chance to SHINE. I'll get a menu and a new drink. Negative. She clocks out and leaves. Another bartender takes her place.
Alrighty. At least she comes over and I'm able to get a menu and a new drink. Cool, she drops the menu to me and then walks away. Where did the NEW, just-got-in bartender take off to? Yup, you guessed it. She went and sat down at the table at the other end of the bar as well. Perfect. I love that for me.
Another worker joins her there and I got to thinking, hot damn, I'll never eat at this rate. Another 10-15 minutes go by, and she finally comes over to take my order. Then goes back to her real place in the restaurant...the table at the end that she gets to sit at while all the guests sit and wonder what the hell is going on. I mean, I even did the universal "put the menu at the edge of the bar to signal I've looked and I know what I want".
Food takes longer than I thought it should. I start thinking I'm just going to leave and grab fast food. Then a gentleman brings out my plate that was super hot to the touch. Which means...yup. It sat under the heater for too damn long. Whatevs. Momma's hungry and we are gonna go ham on this Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich.
Pretty bummed the sauce was just tossed on top of it like a cover-up prom dress. Also, the coleslaw was not slawing. All they did was take bagged cabbage and put the slaw dressing on top of it! What in the world?! I had more coleslaw dressing than I did Nashville hot. But the food was hot and I made it disappear in record time all the same.
Not once did the bartender come to check on me or the food. So by the time she got up from her table at the other end of the bar, I just called for my check.
Honestly, I don't expect too much from BWW, but I did expect better than this. It's so frustrating to sit there soooo close to food but still so far away. If you don't want to bartend and take care of the patrons, find another job perhaps.
I will say, I gave three stars because they have Twisted Tea on draught and that is AMAZING in itself. Also, the food is fine for what it is. Just the service is lacking all around on this day.
In the future, I think I'll choose to sit at the table at the end of the bar. At least I know I'll get service! Will I go back. More than likely. Again, Twisted Tea draught. BUT, and hear me out, always sit at the end near the two top table so you can order what you need as you need it! Otherwise you'll sit and wait for eternal damnation before you get service.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Feb 12, 2023
I feel like Buffalo Wild Wing's reputation has been on the downfall. My expectations were pretty low but I was pleasantly surprised. I came late on a Saturday night to watch the UFC fights and when I arrived a little before 9pm the place was still packed. We ordered the house sampler and fried pickles which were all good. We also splurged and got some chocolate cake at the end which hit the spot. No complaints about the food. However, the service could use a bit more organization. It seemed like every server that walked out of the kitchen with food had no idea what table to go to.

It might have been the Topic Chico seltzers I was sipping on in the pool, but BWW really hit the spot.
We ordered a pile of beige colored food for delivery and everything showed up piping hot except for the fries, ice cold. We ordered the chicken tenders, Buffalo cauliflower, fries, Buffalo chicken mac n' cheese with a side of Teriyaki and Buffalo sauce.
I thought it would all be tossed in the sauce, but they keep everything separate for delivery orders. The cauliflower was delish and was my fave next to the tenders, which were amazing once they were dipped in teriyaki sauce. The mac n' cheese was my wife and son's favorite dish and it had completely disappeared within an hour of being in the house.
Was the food mind blowing? Of course not, but we didn't break the bank, it arrived hot, and our order was correct.
Sounds like a win to me!Helpful 20Thanks 0Love this 20Oh no 0 - Jesus S.Elkridge, MD30355Oct 1, 2023
So I said I would never come back to this BDubs in Mt Juliet but here I am. I was craving the Thai Curry Wings so I had to go close to home. Again regretted it. Ordered appetizers with food and ended up getting our food but not the appetizers at all. We asked for mustard and waited 20 minutes for the mustard. Those who know me well know that I don't like to complain nor be rude regardless of the service but his is ass backwards. I'm going to take the extra time to drive to Smyrna or Murfreesboro to go to BDubs next time.

Two disappointing trips in a row here. I thought last time was just an off day. My wings were way overcooked and it's hardly any sauce. The wings were very chewy. I asked for carrots and celer. I recdived 2 carrot, 1 celery.
I ordered blue cheese and got ranch. I'm done going there.

Ordered as a FAMILY and one meal came out 6 minutes before the others. When I asked can they take it back and sit it under the warmer she replied, "Nothing comes out together at Buffalo Wild Wings."
Maybe a Tennessee thing.... Overall the restaurant was pretty clean and great atmosphere.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Niko R.TN, TN02Nov 30, 2023
This place says it's open til 1am everywhere, so we showed up at 11:30 to eat and they said they close at 12 on thursdays.. but everywhere I've looked says they close at 1am. So I'm just confused, considering we drove and wasted our night going there to eat instead of going somewhere else and we couldn't even eat

Friends and I come to Buffalo Wings of Mt Juliet a sports bar regularly for beers and bar food. We dine outside for safety. Ample seating, both indoor and out. Always friendly, attentive service.
We come here for the large outdoor seating area, wide choice of draught brewskies including a delightful new house lager beer made for Buffalo Wings by Goose Island (owned by Anheuser-Busch) called Wild Herd Kölsch (not an IPA), and tasty bar food. Traditional wings always good. I order the Brisket Sandwich. There is always some promotion going on.
Small Gripes:
* Seriously big holes in the parking lot. Buffalo Wings' insurer, if aware, would demand this be fixed.
* Tiny outdoor fans that sometimes work and sometimes don't. If management was attentive, this would be corrected.
* Outdoor TVs blocked by drop lighting. Anyone looked at this from a customer view?
* Burgers can't be cooked to customer's wishes. I'd like to order a burger medium-rare, but will only cook one way--well-done. Probably a corporate thing that disappoints me. So won't order any burger
* Facility needs a refresh including the outdoor seating area.
With a little attention to detail and some investment, Buffalo Wild Wings of Mt Juliet could be a better go-to place.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Amanda M.Nashville-Davidson metropolitan government (balance), TN07Oct 30, 2023
We arrived right at opening. It took about 10 minutes to get service. No big deal. I asked to have the table cleaned because it was dirty. Waitress said yes and then never brought anything to clean it. We used the towelettes to clean it. I asked for the lemon pepper dry rub on my wings to be coated well. My husband's wings came back extra wet (not requested) and the lemon pepper was barely there. I didn't asked for naked wings. I wanted lemon pepper wings. We asked for extra, extra crispy wings and they did well with mine but since my husband's was extra wet they were not crispy at all. All American burger was great! Good place. Just needs some touch ups.

I visited this place numerous times. This restaurant/ bar was close to work and was easily accessible from the main road across the street. It was always easy to find a parking place too.
At first I just sat at a table. Service was about average but lacked the friendly atmosphere. Later, I started sitting at the bar. The service was above average at the bar. So, I became a regular here for lunch. I learned that I got better service at the bar during the day around lunch time during the week days. I noticed others sat in the bar area and it was probably because they got better service too. The bartender took care of not just the bar, but the whole bar area which included the dining area. The dining area has tables and booths too. Of course, the great service was because of Meagan.
Specials: I usually got their lunch special which was a hamburger and fries for about $5 to $6. This special was between 11am and 2pm during week days.
One tip I would give is to join the "blazing awards" when you come here. You can get free food which is amazing if you come here a lot.Helpful 26Thanks 0Love this 28Oh no 0
