Buffalo Wild Wings

I grew up in high school eating Buffalo Wild Wings. Unfortunately, I hate to report that it is no longer the place it once was.

I order BWW mainly for the quality and taste of their sauces. That is one thing they do have down solid.

A few weeks ago I ordered my usual 6-Piece , Bone-In Mild Wings. They arrived via delivery and they were totally undercooked. The skin was still rubbery and inedible- the inside way undercooked. Needless to say, the order went into the garbage.

I used to love BWW. I'll admit, I still crave it. However, they are wildly inconsistent. One week the wings are huge and juicy. The next week they're overcooked and small. Sauce amount is never consistent. Celery/Carrot portions are laughably small. Boneless wings are full of rubbery fat and gristle- more breading than edible meat.

Pro Tip: Be sure to order extra Blue Cheese and/or Ranch. They have shrunken the size and one dip isn't even enough for 6 wings.

It is very disappointing to see your favorite place go down the tubes. I refuse to spend any money there. They never apologized for the raw wings. I had to call the health department.

I miss the old BWW. Inspire Brands guts and ruins every concept they purchase. It's very sad.

Pick-up time: 5:50, Receipt time 6:27 on a slow night. Absolutely atrocious display of service for a pickup order at this location. I arrived almost ten minutes AFTER my pickup time because I understand that it can sometimes take longer, but over 30 minutes is absurd! I only ever saw 6-8 tables occupied inside, including the bar area. Some of these patrons were seated after my arrival and still received their meals before I received my order. Another group near me also stated it was 30+ minutes past their pickup time and I had to flag down an employee to seat a couple that had been waiting about 15 minutes for a table. Once receiving the food 30+ minutes past pickup, they needed to be respun due to not being extra wet, as ordered. This is a common occurrence for some reason. I always find bare spots on the wings, which I don't believe qualifies as extra wet.

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars, but I can't. The service was horrible! My father & I met up for lunch, & after the server took our order for the food, they brought out my food first instead of bringing both orders out at the same time. To add insult to injury; it was an additional 20 minutes before my father's food made it to the table. Half of my order was lukewarm, half was nearly ice cold, & the only tasty thing was the sauce. The ambiance of the restaurant was very low energy, no liveliness, & just straight boring & dead. The server only checked on us once. My father were on the verge of walking out during eating. I will not be returning to this restaurant anytime soon after my experience. I will not be recommending this restaurant to any of my friends or colleagues as a place to eat.

This place is losing its quality and service every time, they need to do things better, the worst experience

This place is the absolute worst if you actually want to eat. A few months ago we tried to eat in the restaurant and we stood at the host stand for 15 minutes while employees chatted and goofed around but worked very hard to avoid eye contact with us and the family in line in front of us. Today i placed an order with door dash. It's the Super Bowl, I know they will be busy so I ordered at 10:30am for delivery at 5:30. At 6:15 they still hadn't even made our food. Our poor dasher had been sitting there for 45 minutes. They wouldn't give him any updates. I tried calling and held for 10 minutes but no one would answer the phone. Again, I get that it's a busy night. But that's not an excuse for this level of service - or complete lack of actual service.

Came on a Tuesday night and they were not that busy for dinner.

Stephanie took extra great care of us in the high tops area. She kept our waters refilled and brought us extra napkins every time we needed them (even without us asking). We appreciate her kindness.

Tonight we redeemed hubby's birthday coupon for six free chicken wings and added about 25 more.

We tried Buffalo dry rub, Carolina BBQ dry rub, Nashville Hot wet, and Mango Habanero wet.

Our teenage son loved the habanero mango which was super spicy. Will make perfect leftovers for his lunch tomorrow.

It does what a BWW is supposed to do!

Too bad BWW does not have happy Tuesdays/Thursdays anymore !!

Was kind of disappointed in the quality of their food maybe they should clean around better or have pest control. Last night we ordered some wings from bww in the Algonquin location and was disturbed to find a bug in one of the wings while I was already halfway done with them, kind of killed my appetite and my craving for their wings.
