this is our 3rd consecutive 1000 piece puzzle that is missing yet another piece!!!!
very disappointed with this company!
dont waste your time or money!

I have bought five 1000 pc jigsaw puzzles made by this company and three of them have had pieces missing. That's correct, three out of five have had pieces missing. I have called Buffalo Games and they refused to replace the puzzles, instead telling me to go to their website and file a missing pieces complaint and take a picture of the missing piece (maybe someone can figure out how to take a picture of a piece that's not in the puzzle). Then you can select a new puzzle from a list of about five puzzles and they will send you that puzzle. But you cannot buy the same puzzle that you spent hours putting together only to find pieces missing. So all the time you spent is utterly wasted.

They will not apologize for their mistakes nor for the hours you wasted putting together the defective puzzle. I asked for the president of the company and they hung up on me. This company is absolutely horrible and I will never buy another of their products.

We bought 3 1000 piece puzzles at Christmas time. All 3 were missing pieces when we put them together, When I finally figured out how to reach anybody I was able to fill out a missing pieces form. They offered a selection of only 14 replacement puzzles-non of which appealed to me. And only three of the choices were 1000 pieces. Most were 350 pieces. I settled for some replacements. None of which I have received to date. Unfortunately this company doesn't care about quality. They are a rip off company. Amazon would not reimburse because the return time had expired, I see Amazon still offers them. Very disappointing.

buffalo puzzles have the current quality control issues : often there are missing pieces,.the pictures release from their cardboard backing which i must reglue . often times they are sent out with no poster included, i've bought puzzles that are totally out of alignment.
however the most insulting thing buffalo is allowing their puzzle artists to do is transfer exact items from one puzzle to another. in the " family vacation " series there were 14 items transferred from one puzzle to another. in one case the transferred item was in the exact same place .in the " fantasy " series the characters from one puzzle to the other were generally just moved around w/ one exact image transferred. i have worked buffalo puzzles for many years and something has gone awry. trying to call the company is a dead end... recorded runaround and hang up. i also wrote two very professional letters to the ceo : mr. nagendra raina one on feb. 27th and again on april 28th 2020.
today is sept. 6th 2020 and i have no correspondence from anyone at buffalo games although i sent the letters certified mail...return receipt requested and a returned receipt came back to me...signed...so i know they received my correspondence. i have now been recommend by my jigsaw buddies a new company....ravensburger and gallison and their puzzles are top of the line. i'm brand loyal but i should changed companies long before now.
