They had to jumpstart my car to give it to me, but wasn't going to tell me. I happen to see them doing it and I asked them if they had to jump start it to give it to me, and then they admitted it. They repaired things I didn't ask them to repair and didn't repair the things I asked them to. The final straw was that they left the window down and caused my driver side floor board to flood. When he gave me the car and I went to get in, my entire foot was under water.....they didn't warn me of that either. I jumped out of the car and said, "my car is flooded". His response, "oh yeah, I noticed that. Let me sop that water up for you." When I asked him what happened, he tried to tell me that my sunroof had a leak. Complete bull. They left the window down.

Never again. Not in a million years.

this is one of the worse mechanics i ever encountered he inspected my car failed it mark thtee things thinking he was gonna make a load of cash i took it somewhere else to get them repairs fixed and a real mechanic told me all of my motor mounts where broke how u inspec my car and not see the motor mounts are broken ? one other time like a year ago i went here because my car would shake when it comes to a stop he couldn't find the problem and ended up putting peace's on my car that wasn't for my car i took it to Nissan because that how bad had he handled my car i was over it they called me and informed me he use a bunch of old parts that was not even for my car they had a bag of parts when i picked up my car if this mechanic is your only option.....walk or get a bike he's the worse !

Bransfield has always done a great job fixing up my car. They are friendly, efficient, trustworthy, and just great at what they do. They even offer loaner vehicles free of charge. You can tell they are all about their customers. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely the best. Family owned for 40 years. Personal service far surpasses others. When my daughters car broke down they came and got her promptly. They are very trustworthy. This is a small shop that is high tech. Much much cheaper then going to a dealer. A number one.
