I can't find any information on what the dress code is now, I only see the dress code for 2022 is there a dress code?
A:
There is no dress code really - it's a higher end restaurant in Vegas so smart casual and above is appropriate but jeans are fine too - I was there Thanksgiving and most people had made an effort to dress smartly

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Truly enjoyed the entire experience from start to finish. The wait staff was friendly and welcoming and not pretentious. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visit LV.

This restaurant was so good we came back again the next morning for Mother's Day brunch!
Same wonderful bartenders/servers working behind the bar, same 10/10 service.
For Mother's Day they had a $75 - 3 course prix fixe menu, which my husband opted into. He got a strawberry crepe to start, then a filet mignon as the main, and some cute little desserts (white chocolate lemon tart and a berry sugared gummy). All very delicious and well-presented!
I got the biscuits and gravy, which had these red spicy peppers on it, which I had to remove bc they were so spicy, but the dish itself was really tasty and the gravy had good flavor.
Would recommend eating here to anyone, especially if you're staying at the Venetian or palazzo! Wonderful experience and bartending staff!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0May 11, 2024Previous reviewThis restaurant is a bit difficult to find, and you have to go up and down a set of elevators and long corridors to find, but once we did, it was situated directly next to the Venetian pool. Cool, cute bistro vibe!
They primarily take reservations, but luckily the bar top is open seating on a FCFS basis. We actually love the bar top because service is immediate including taking orders and refilling glasses.
The food was very delicious and beautifully presented, on the slightly costly side but I'd say worth it for the amazing service and delicious breakfast. Also, the folks at the bar never let our coffee or water cups go empty, now how many breakfast places can you name does that!? Not many. We got the crab Benedict and the avocado toast, portion size is smaller than the typical American size meal, but we left very full and more than satisfied. 10/10 service and food!
Mimosas and bloody Mary's were okay, nothing stand out, but was fine. Not worth $16 and $18 respectively though..... - Althea D.TX, TX02May 18, 2024
A shadow of its former self. I've visited Bouchon close to 50 times during the past 15 years. There were some weeks when I visited three days in a row.
Today's visit was deeply disappointing. The menu has changed substantially. The bread basket on brunch days is gone. No daily sandwiches. No variety in the quiche. Can't order baguettes off the menu. My coffee was cold and tasted like old office coffee that has been sitting in the pot all afternoon. The pumpernickel bread was burnt and lacked taste and body. It was like a food-themed "invasion of the body snatchers." The restaurant looks like Bouchon, and some of the same servers work there, but this is *not* Bouchon. I wonder if Keller did this to spite the world after losing the Michelin star. If so, it's petty and completely disrespectful of his fan base and reputation. Be warned! Avoid reviews from before 2024.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Dre M.Las Vegas, NV210342555May 8, 2024Updated review
Ive been here many times and always good but its been since last year i havent been. So we decided to go for my hubbys bday. what a bad idea.
first menu has changed no more steamed mussels :-( big disappointment then price also went up. for example he got a burger it came with fries but he upgraded to the truffle ones and was up charged $12 more for a substitute item when a side of truffle fries are $12. what a complete rip off and the burger doesnt even come open faced anymore. very small amount of fries given. i got the chicken and waffles, i regret it, the chicken was like for a child. the waffles were super heavy kinda tasted like a french toast waffle. lol! and it was cold including the syrup ..yukk..not what i wanted!!! not to mention it was $40 lol what a rip!
The ambiance was okay. we sat outside and i noticed the beverages and ketchup being in a cooler like what the heck not in a high end brunch restaurant that my bill came out to $105 without tip and for two dishes that werent even worth talking about.
For the price and the food for what it is its not worth coming here i dont recommend it. I would recommend Mon ami gabi at Paris hotel. Similar food but way better and not as pricy. I wont be back here again and i will let others know as well!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1Oct 6, 2021Previous reviewMe and my hubby came here for a lunch date. Originally we went to the Bouchon bakery but it didnt have the full menu items so we decided to go to the Bouchon instead and im glad we did. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was lovely! We didnt make a reservation and managed to come at a great time and catch an outside seat! It was lovely outside with the sound of the waterfall. The service was great our waiter went above and beyond to ensure we were happy! Hubby got the angus burger and i got the steamed mussels (the only thing i found gluten free to order) The food was delish and they serve alot of food! The price is high but the food is high quality and well worth every penny! I will be back and i highly recommend it!

While in Vegas on business this week, my colleagues and I had a rare evening to ourselves and were lucky enough to score last-minute reservations at Bouchon. It was exactly what we needed. Relaxing atmosphere; warm, friendly service; magnificent food and drink.
We started with a dozen oysters -- a selection of East and West Coast varieties -- that were sweet, briny, delicious perfection. Paired with a glass of Champagne, it was a fine start to the meal.
Everyone at the table chose mains that paired well with white wine, and the sommelier selected a delectable Sancerre (Chavignol, Yves Martin, vigneron '22) that was simply luscious; I can't remember when I've enjoyed a white wine so much.
For my main course, I chose the Poulet Roti (roasted chicken with English peas,
morel mushrooms, onion confit & chicken jus) and it was easily the best roast chicken I've ever had. Simple, perfect. Others at the table had Moules au Safran, Truite Amandine, and Saumon en Écailles de Pommes de Terre -- everyone was just as happy with their meals as I was with mine.
We had such a lovely dinner here. Fine dining that's not fussy. Elegant comfort food.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 67334916May 12, 2024Updated review2 check-ins
The food was absolutely delicious here and service was on point, thanks to our waitress. She was very sweet and very attentive. She made sure we were will taken care of. This was my wife's fourth time at this restaurant and my first and I can see why she makes sure to visit them every time she's in Las Vegas. The fries and mussels was so good and the steak was simply delicious! I definitely will be back whenever I'm in town and I will take my coworkers here as well. The ambiance is just the place for me take my boss and clients.

Last time we came here (long time ago) we were staying at the Venetian and this place was the closest. This time we were staying at Aria but decided to come here for breakfast. Its totally worth the trip. No matter where we stay, we know where we are having breakfast in Vegas! - Apr 19, 2024
This was our best overall dining experience during our mother/daughter trip.
We made a reservation for brunch in advance of the trip. We were seated immediately upon arriving.
We chose the smaller seafood tower, we split the croque madame and a cheese Danish plus a cup of coffee and water.
The seafood was so fresh! The three accoutrements were wonderful with the seafood, my favorite being the cocktail sauce with horseradish.
The kitchen split our entry for us, no issues. Let me just say those fries, yes the fries, were fantastic! So too the Madame but couldn't stop going back to the fries.
The cream cheese Danish was rich and decadent - perfect with the coffee to end our brunch.
The service was exceptional! Next trip - dinner will be a must!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 1 - Apr 3, 2024
Had a fantastic meal at my first Thomas Keller restaurant while in Las Vegas last week and our server Wyatt made sure I was taken care of and recommending the best dishes to try.
Obviously have to get the steak frites, but I have to say that the short rib was out of this WORLD! My table mate ordered it and I sheepishly kept asking for another bite. I'll be sure to get my own next time.
The gnocchi was also delicious and the overall experience was everything I expected it to be and more.
Thank you Wyatt, Chef Keller and the entire Bouchon team!! Can't wait until I'm in Vegas again to eat another meal at my new favorite restaurant in Las Vegas!Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0 - Apr 9, 2024
I've heard about this restaurant a while back, then finally got to try it over the weekend. As others mentioned, it's better if you made reservations in advance or else be prepared for at least an hour Wait. I got lucky and requested to be seated at the bar and waited about 10 min.
The decor of the place is nice and neat. Looks like the traditional French restaurant. I ended up ordering the crab egg benedict, salmon salad and truffle fries. My favorite of all was surprising the truffle fries. It's a mix of real truffle and truffle oil with the fries. It has a really nice fragrance. The egg benedict is good. I like how they use real crab in the dish. But, like others mentioned, the hallondaise sauce was on the saltier side. Same for the onion dressing for the salad. It's actually salty too. But the good thing is the salmon is seared to perfection. It's not overly cooked. Aside from that, the service was quite nice.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Feb 22, 2024
Very nice spot in Las Vegas. In the city where they try really hard to rip you off, this place provides you with good service, good food, and very FAIR prices. I couldn't believe I ate at a restaurant and didn't feel like I was scammed.
I really couldn't believe how fast and efficient they were here. The team is on their A game the entire time. Also, the hallway getting here is amazing. Food was very tasty and the blood sausage was epic.
If you like French food and good service, this is one of the best spots in Las Vegas.Helpful 5Thanks 1Love this 5Oh no 1 - Feb 13, 2024
My husband and I arrived at the Venetian and had a difficult time locating Bouchon. NOTE: If you are not staying at the hotel, you have to use the elevator by the parking garage to access the restaurant. This is a separate elevator just for Bouchon.
Anyway, we find our way to Bouchon. My husband and I each got our own French onion soups since it was THE food item to get here. We also shared an order of escargots and an order of the steak hash special.
At $22.50 per bowl, this was a hefty bowl of soup. After drinking the entire bowl, I was pretty much full. The soup itself was pleasant and had hints of smokiness in it.
The escargot was fine.
Then came the steak hash. Without asking, our server had let the chef know to split the steak hash into two plates for my husband and me. We thought this was super thoughtful. The steak hash sadly was not up to standards. The potatoes placed under the egg absorbed all the moisture and were no longer crispy. The steak was tough.
From other people's reviews, it seems like Bouchon is a hit or miss, and I have to agree. Service gets an A+, though. The staff was super friendly and professional. Our server showed us great care from the start to the end of our meal. We really appreciated his thoughtfulness.Helpful 4Thanks 1Love this 5Oh no 0
