You can make an appointment fairly easy if you want work done on your car ex: car alarm install ..but try and bring it back to fix what they installed..now you get the run around.. That Dave the mgr tells you their so busy they got big jobs going on..didn't fix my problem..car alarm they installed goes off all the time from vibration all I wanted was for them to adjust it. I don't recommend this place .. so we had a alarm installed but we don't set it because any slight vibration sets it off . Dave has no people skills not friendly at all. I don't recommend this place at all ! So I wasted $250.00 .. It wasent fixed because he could not give me a appt to bring it back to fix their poor installation ..sad

I always use boss for tinting my windows I go through cars quick and have brought quit a few tint jobs in there.After a couple of months we noticed a few bubbles in the back window,Guess what they did the while window over again and refused to take any money!

I love this place and will definitely continue doing business.

Boss has lost it's luster. The facility is deteriorating and the service unfortunately isn't what it used to be. Had to get my windows tinted 2xs and they still aren't satisfactory but refuse to go back and waste another 2hours. When getting serviced I saw a few others coming because the quality of work was poor but this was for lights and some other service (think it was an alarm system). Back in the day this was the place to go locally but can't recommend anymore.

What a great experience from start to finish! I had my windows tinted at Boss Audio today and they did a fantastic job! They matched the factory tint I had on my rear windows perfectly!!! They are very professional and answered every question I had. Thank you so much!

Whys this place only have two reviews? Is it cause Yelp is a white people thing and Amboy is.. well, its Amboy. Anyways, this place is dope. Got a bubble in my tint fixed in 30min two days later for their follow up inspection. Cinco out of cinco, amigos.

I was looking for a place to install tint on our new minivan. I wasn't looking for a cheapest price, but rather quality work at reasonable price. I've scheduled an appointment to drop off our car, they called and texted to let me know the car was ready. The installation was flawless, no bubbles, tears, or trapped dirt. 6 months later the tint is still as new. Highly recommended.

Been there numerous times for the same issue one of there employees/customers are not always right which I disagree left a bad taste never to do business with them again And employee lIe that I use foul language I was just a little irate would never us foul Language

I recommend boss Audio highly, I went in and immediately was greeted and a very nice young man approached me and assisted me to the very end. He not only new exactly what I needed he explained everything to me and was very patient (not often seen anymore)and thorough in fact if there was something I questioned and he didn't know he asked his manager David he as well was very pleasant and took great care of me and all others there.. I am very pleased with my purchases and Boss Audio... great service...

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, Bought my car in for a simple headlight work. Called to tell me that something was broken on my car that was working perfectly fine before I bought to their poorly managed shop, costing me more than $300 more to fix at my mechanic's shop. Customer service was horrible and the only part that was worse than that was the work they did on my cars. I am the type of person that doesnt sweat it if something breaks ,stuff happens, but if you dont do the adult thing about it and take resposibilty if something goes wrong while working on your car without, at the very least, the truth of what happened thats where i draw the line. For the price they charged was definitely 100% not worth it all. PLEASE CUSTOMER BEWARE DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. If i could give zero stars I would.
