What a great place to eat. Country cooking at it's finest. After your done eating they have goat feed you purchase for a dollar and the little ones can feed the goats. Casual dining and also has a tv to watch the game. Food was hot and fresh. We will definitely be back. The little hush puppies were amazing. Friendly staff and a country atmosphere.

Been going to Bonner's for years and years. It's a great family place with excellent food and service. I always order the whole catfish and it is excellent. The atmosphere is like eating in someone's cabin. The staff is friendly and so are the patrons. Definitely one of my favorite places.

Excellent fried catfish! We got takeout, which was served piping hot. The dinner came with fries (good), hush puppies (fine), and salad bar (which I didn't do, but it looked very fresh and pretty basic.
It's back in a clearing, very charming location.
Go for the catfish.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Winston W.Monroe, GA473Jan 31, 2020

My 2016 review was deleted, so I'll try again. Went on a Saturday night, the parking lot was full of cars, but only 2 or 3 tables occupied. Suspicious at the get go, complete with twangs of Dueling Banjos. The service was dreadfully slow, the catfish and BBQ were inedible. I don't recall feeling that uncomfortable in a restaurant since South Street, Philadelphia.

I've always enjoyed eating there and I was on the way there tonight. I was happy to see based on the yelp listing that they were open until 9:30. I'm not sure if the hours have changed or not because they closed at 9:00 tonight. I arrived a little before 9:00 they were shutting down. I would recommend them updating their information because I drove the whole way there and was disappointed that they were closing.
Can't give bad rating but since the internet has been the go to resource it's vital to have accurate information.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Anita D.New Orleans, LA1171Oct 31, 2018
Not that great for groups cause they can't keep up with the catfish orders..... but great for one or two couples dining together. Great little hushpuppies , great catfish....

This a rustic, old school country restaurant with delicious fried catfish, hushpuppies, and coleslaw. I can't speak for any other menu items since I have never tried anything else. Don't come here looking for a 5 star french chef with new style cuisine...you won't find it! But, come here looking for friendly, down- home treatment and excellent food and you'll be in luck!

First time eating here. Heard my grandfather mention it for years and decided to go see what it was all about. Nice rustic place. Enjoyed the hush puppies, salad bar, and cat fish fillet. Real homey feel to it and staff was exceptionally nice.

This place is great. The hush puppies are delicious and the main meals are amazing. The service is also good and all the people are really nice and genuine. This place is not for the northern folk though.
