Always crowded for a reason! Their drink slaps too ngl!

It's always a good place to hit up on cold weather. Good size and the food is always quality! I can never get tired of this place.

My go-to is Seafood or the Original. If you go, book ahead or you can always hit up nearby stores while waiting.

I could eat hot pot & milk tea every day! We got a table as soon as we walked in ~1115am. The menu is a QR code attached to a badge reel under the table. They've doubled the meat and offer "AYCE" rice*; I think the rice is limited to 2 or 3 bowls. The appetizer is a roasted peanut with a spicy seasoning (I don't know what it is but it is delicious). Bummed they replaced the seaweed :(

Andre came to take our order & recommended the boba with the beauty oolong milk tea (Boba is not available until 12pm)! I am glad I waited because the boba was worth it! He also let us know there is a promotion for $2 off Jin Tea drinks and recommended getting a large (music to my ears)!

Our hot pot came out quickly! I got the Miso & I am so glad the shrimp was not overcooked! :) We asked for 2 bowls & a pair of chopsticks (butterfingers me dropped it) & more broth. Both servers were patient and had a wonderful attitude despite us asking for many items. Andre checked in frequently with not only our table but others as well. I was served a different drink than what I ordered, and I let another server know. He took the time to check in to see what we needed. My friend and I were having a great conversation, and I didn't want to interrupt her, so we stayed for some time after we finished dining and were not made to feel rushed to get out. Thank you BP & those who were waiting!

There is parking on Green & De Lacey Ave. 1st hour is free, $1 for the second hour & I think $1 for every 15 minutes? $12 max. I can't do math but paid $9 for 5 hours. No validation for that parking structure. Lots of fun shops like Apple, Tiffany & Co., Lululemon, Sephora, Lather, Aesop, Burke Williams, All Birds, Rothy, Alo, I Like Pie, Yi Fang, Sunright & Motto Tea.

Parking: free lot. Plenty of spaces but the area does get a bit crowded

Service: came early cuz there's always a wait. Checked in (sometimes the Yelp check in works on the mobile app, sometimes you can only check in at the store). The way this BP is set up is a little annoying. Since it's so small, the wait for parties of 5 or more takes twice (sometimes 3 times) as long. We waited for 45 mins before being seated on a not very busy Sunday night. 4 parties of less than 4 were all seated before us

For early 2024, they're having the deal of buy an entree get unlimited rice (if rice is ordered). I always thought BP portions were good, but they've been feeling smaller and smaller throughout the years (thank you shrinkflation). I also thought they use to add soup base, but they added hot water this time around.

Def a nice place to go for a good comforting meal, esp if it's raining

Our favorite Boiling Point location. Great service. Efficient. Clean.

I always order number 4 Beef. The taste and presentation is always consistent. Great selection of sauces.

Service is terrible, albeit the one employee that was able to sit us down and was very attentive with us. When you try to signal for extra broth or extra rice or even an extra side, you are met with an eyeroll. Tables are usually available for seating, but they spend a while just cleaning it up. Expect a wait time for about 20-30 minutes, even an hour at most!

Food wise, the food is always delicious for the most part. I've had some days coming here where the food is often cold, and takes about 5 minutes to heat up. I recommend the Milk Cream Curry, or the Beef Pot, simply just because of how much broth and vegetables/meat there is for both of them. You can share a pot and still be full, but be mindful, as the workers might give you a stingy eye for saving your money. Prices have increased about $4-5, so watch out. A dinner price for 2 pots will usually end around $56.

I'll start off saying I love Boiling Point and have been a loyal fan for almost the last decade. I've gone to a handful of locations in CA (and some in other states). Nothing compares to the flavors of Boiling Point and just the way they make their hot pots.

That said, this specific location is not the best when it comes to service. In my last visit here, we had arrived when the restaurant was about half full and was sat right away. Unfortunately, we sat there for about 15 minutes without anyone coming to our table. Our "medium" pot came out and looked and tasted like mild. Our garlic pork belly didn't come out until the end of our meal (and it was cold). We waited another 15 minutes after finishing our meal for our check.

They did have a wintermelon BOGO deal and I'd highly recommend it! I can't describe the taste, but it's a fruit tea.

I typically come in knowing service is a hit or miss, but the food was bad just this time and it'll be better next time.

We came in on a busy Saturday night around 7pm. The wait was about 30-45min for a table for two. When a table was available, they sat us quickly and got our drinks and orders. We were bummed that they ran out of wintermelon tea, but were pleased with the our food order. We got the beef and lamb hotpot with beef and lamb appetizers! The flavors were fun and I enjoyed the thinly sliced meat. I like how they have specials and promos for certain/seasonal items!

      DOUBLE MEAT confirmed!!!
We're looking to have soup for this cold season ... We've been here several times a day, never disappointed me of the food. Always very good. My usual order is beef, and my wife's favorite is lamb with noodle option for the side. We also order medium spicy, but for tonight I'm going for non-spicy. As I said above, they have more meat! And they have AYCE rice! I'm not a rice eater but for my sons, this is an awesome deal.
They have free a drinks as well as a promo. Not sure until when is the free drink promo.

We checked in for the waitlist, and in just 10min we were seated. That's good service.
And as usual, their service is always excellent. Kevin was out server... high five to him.

You can never go wrong with a pot from boiling point! I got the korean bean paste. It was rich in flavor and had so many hearty ingredients. Attentive service by our lovely server Kaitlyn!

I recently tried a the beef pot and found some highlights worth mentioning. The soup was a standout, boasting a rich and vibrant flavor profile that truly impressed. Pairing the meat with the garlic soy sauce enhanced the overall experience, adding an extra layer of deliciousness.

However, the boba drink, while enjoyable with its sweet milk base, left a bit to be desired. The boba itself was slightly undercooked, resulting in a harder texture that didn't quite meet expectations.

On the positive side, the absence of a wait time and the ease of parking added convenience to the dining experience, making it more enjoyable.
