      This review is for the Volkswagen dealership.

      I looked at a couple of used Golfs with Myron and was impressed with his knowledge of the brand and his flexibility while waiting for insurance payouts. I was also looking for an Impreza, and he worked with me to have an used one that they had in Westerly brought over to look at. While we were talking the Impreza, I mentioned that if they had a Golf in a certain color that I would be highly interested, and he instantly knew of his stock and pulled the Golf over.

      Working with financing was a breeze, and I had a deal in my hand to ponder. Again, I was impressed with the professionalism and flexibility.

      While I decided to not go forward with a VW, I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Myron at Valenti for any VW need.

      Spent the day-on two occasions, as well as nearly $300. Hoping "The Dealership," would serve me and my new Jeep best.... It was To diagnose a problem. Not only was no repair involved ( I went elsewhere, since they'd made me wait all day, for two days) but they lost my key fob, I had just had made. With no offer to replace or so much as a perfunctory "Sorry". That replacement cost over $500.!
      I actually took my car to Cardinal Honda, where I was treated as a valued customer (like family) and will continue to do so.

      This review has been a couple months coming, but finally getting to it! Purchasing my used Porsche from them was one of the better experiences I have ever had in doing a car purchase. I was moving from Los Angeles, CA back to NY and knew I needed a car. I was very specific down to the color, year and model made that I wanted and it took some time to locate that specific Porsche, but I found her! From the moment of my inquiry online, to then emails and phone calls, I was already in the process and getting my pre-approvals done. I had my flight set to come out for a few days in NY to manage a few things before my actual move and fling back to LA before the real physical move, and these guys were so accommodating, generous with their time, generous & understanding with my timing in fact which was super helpful as this move was very stressful on top of purchasing a car at the same time! They handled pretty much everything but me going to DMV and switching my drivers license! Filing the paperwork for the car, registration, license plates, full report and history of the car, their mechanics on-site did a thorough job getting the car inspected and ready for me and when I came to pick it up, EVERYTHING was DONE! It had to be the easiest transaction done during my move. Seriously.

      Jake, my sales rep was a very considerate, thorough, responded to all my questions, went further to find more info than necessary and still does two months after my purchase. The finance guys were also great to work with and reasonable. As a female, I didn't feel like I was being snowed over with anything. They were transparent and more than willing to work with me to get the numbers to where I needed them to be. The receptionist Darlene is amazingly sweet and thorough as well, a lot of follow up from her. You can tell that this is a family run business and that everyone enjoys what they do working there, together. Eleven Stars for these guys! I would buy from them again and I highly recommend them if you're in the market for a new or used car.

      I am on a road trip, made a stop for a few days in Mystic CT. I have an SUV and I was losing air pressure in one of my tire. Hotel had me go to Bob Valenti shop. BIG mistake. I walked in and asked if someone could check my tire air pressure. I told him I'm from out of town and I was hitting the road tomorrow. It was the first desk as I walked into the Service desk area. He looked at me like I was talking French. He said the guys are getting ready to go to lunch. I said I can come back, he said, "we won't have time". I looked for another place and found Broadway Auto on Williams Ave. I was helped by Marlon, he might have been the owner. He helped me immediately and he said lets check for any nails. Found one and fixed it immediately. Do not go to Bob Valenti Dealership. Terrible customer service. I shared with hotel and they will not be sending people there any more.

      Dave in GM parts is the best! Very helpful finding my Hummer parts. Joel Valenti in sales is the best too!

      I am writing this review with sadness. I found out recently that Hugh and Laura Stack from the service department had been let go. I have been dealing exclusively with the two of them for many years now and I have purchased 3 vehicles from this location. Hugh has worked there for close to 40 years and knows our vehicles inside and out. I trusted the service I received there. I hope that the Stacks let us know where they go from here because I will follow them.

      I went in with my friend for her first oil change, When she purchased her car from the dealership, she was informed that it came with a free oil change. The car was serviced and then she was informed that..... No that's not the case for your car, after the back and forth banter between she and Danny, She informed him that she was on a break from work and she didn't have time for the back and forth. She tried to comprise with Danny and she stated that if he wanted to go through the paperwork and terms of her contract he was free to do so and, if he felt as if she still had to pay for the service she would. Long story short while walking away he stated and I quote!!! "Where
      does she work? Smoking Crack or something!!" That was disgusting and totally uncalled for. I hope that's not a reoccurring issue.

      I warned my overly trusting coworker about how incompetent, and dishonest the service department was at valenti,s.... Her daughters year old jeep would not start.. Valentis claims the car needs a new driveshaft for 1200$... WTF does a driveshaft have to do with whether or not a vehical will start... Well i guess not much because 5 miles up the road the car quit again..... The buisness model of taking advantage of ignorant people has served them well, if their object is simply to make as much money as possible... The Valenti family is allowing their reputation to be sullied by a dishonest service dept \ serv mgr hugh stack ( hugh stack of what?) Yet another remi der of why i vowed to do no buisiness here.

      Stay away from their service department, we've all known about how dealerships charge more for service but when they underhanded and sleezy it's time to go... first they replaced a hood patch last year for $130, it broke after one use and when I called when going in for an oil change - oh will take care of you. Taking care is apparently to double the charge and ask for $230, no thanks. Then we'll give you a ride because we need 8 hours to do an oil change and "3 hours" if recall work, oh but when you call to see if it's done after getting a text video from our tech 4 hours prior that the work is done we're not going to give you a ride because the driver went home and no one else knows how to drive a car? Not only that but person in charge of your vehicle won't ring you out we'll have a different person and we'll say with a smirk "oh you found a ride." The attitude and lack of professionalism here was amazing! So many other dealerships in this area to try.

      I've been a long time Jeep owner. I've been dealing with Jason Crandall for all my Jeep needs. Jason and the staff at Valenti are absolutely top notch. I send all my friends and family to Jason and the staff at Valenti Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Jason is not only my go to guy for all my vehicle sales needs but Jeep advice as well. It's great to have someone who is not only a product expert but just as passionate about the product as I am! You will not be disappointed with your experience at Valenti Jeep in Mystic!
