‼I will never come back to this place again!‼ I inquired about a simple fix to my side view mirror.
The male secretary talked so fast, but I trusted that he would help me with the mirror. After awhile, I figured that I would
check with the female secretary so that they understood that I requested to not have anything further to be looked at because the damage was visible and a notice before they started any service. I received pictures of my car and they did a diagnostic without my consent and proceeded to charge me $178 +tax for it when my disapproval was clear. I came to this place for convenience but this was a terrible experience.
I explained the situation calmly to Jeff Steele, the manager, hoping to get some understanding and he became hostile and asked "you don't have the money!? What is it!?". Afterwards, I felt defeated and just wanted to leave. Jeff Steele repeatedly asked, "Do you want me to pop it out!?"(referring to the mirror) I felt discriminated against, coreced, racially profiled, and antagonized by Jeff Steele.
The whole team for the day witnessed the issue. The female secretary finished my paperwork, then walked me to billing. She said "I don't want you to leave uncomfortable" and tried to comfort and accommodate the wrong doing that Jeff Steele should've offered as a "higher up" /manager. She only charged me $100, but the fee was still for the diagnostic. I'm not even sure how much the service for the mirror I got fixed was actually. While the female secretary was finalizing the work the male secretary passed off to her, Jeff and his male associates for the day, huddled and talked low, but stared at me which me feel uncomfortable. we had our oil changed today and have the screen looked at. 2.5 + hours. It is absolutely ridiculous. They are not kid friendly. I am so irritares. It's funny when they think you are buying a car they are all over you asking if you need something to drink, the bathroom is here. During my 2.5 hour + visit. I had to change my 2 year old. The bathroom has no baby changing station. I put him up on the sink. A woman comes in and sees me and acts like she shocked to see me changing my kid on the sink.

I previously gave a one star rating regarding an engine replacement request that was denied. Once the General Manager reviewed my concern, he contacted the Service Advisor and concluded that they had processed the wrong Warranty Bulletin. The General Manager contacted me and told me that they made a mistake and that they would replace the defective engine free of charge and provided me with a new Kia Sorento as a Courtesy Car while the engine was being replaced. I am very happy with the way things turned out regarding my engine replacement.

Andy Pack, apack@bobsightkia.comSep 26, 2023Previous reviewThe engine on my 2014 Kia Sorento has failed. I brought the vehicle in to Bob Sight Kia to have them diagnose the problem. They claimed that when they drained the oil, they only found 3/4 of a quart of oil and for that reason, Kia was denying the claim for a new engine. I find it hard to believe that there was only 3/4 of a quart of oil in the car as we conducted regular maintenance on the vehicle and provided all service records. When I contacted Kia, they stated that they had not received any documentation from Bob Sight Kia, and specifically no technical details why the engine had failed. In the 3 weeks that our Sorento has been at Bob Sight Kia, when I call to speak with the service center point of contact, I get his voicemail or someone says he is away from his desk or on leave and nobody responds to my voicemails or emails, even though I have volunteered to provide more information if necessary. There is a Facebook page with 976 followers stating why Kia has denied their claims for replacement of failed defective engines. Fortunately, in my case, I was able to drive the car to the dealership before the engine stopped working but in many cases the engines failed while people were in busy traffic, exposing them to dangerous situations.

Very disappointed. Not only did they delivery my title paperwork so late that it cost me an extra $120 in fees to register my car with the state but then they were completely unapologetic. Never once even saying sorry instead saying I should be thankful for the price I paid even after I reached out ever level of management up to the general manager with the last name of Sight.
To make it all worse the salesman stuck a QR Code for his personal snap chat inside the had door of my 18 year old daughters new car. To use her words, really crappy the a man that old would do that. Would have been entirely different if was a QR for the dealer or Kia.
They refused to respond to Costco who referred them to me, so they lost their place in the program.
Enter at your own risk and don't buy a car for you teenage daughter without making sure you ensure their aren't any creepy hidden messages.Helpful 2Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

We worked with Bob Gaiser here for the purchase of a k5 for my husband. Bob was unfront and there were no hidden fees or any surprises. He was wonderful to work with. So wonderful we went back 2 weeks later and I got a seltos! I was waiting for one to come in I wanted and Bob let me know when it hit the ground! Definitely recommend and ask for Bob!

I called the service department last week, Monday April 17, to set up an appointment to get four new tires on my vehicle. I was sent to a voicemail and I left a message with my name, reason I was calling and my call back number, but did not hear back that day. My husband called back the next day, Tuesday April 18, and he was also sent to a voicemail and he as well left a message with his name, reason for calling and call back number. It is now, Thursday April 27, and I have yet to hear back from anyone. This is absolutely ridiculous and I am now going through a different company to purchase and install new tires. I am very disappointed.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
My girlfriend has been trying to get part for her car for a month now, a part that has been recalled, and we never received a call from them to notify us that the part was ready.

I purchased a vehicle from Bob Sight Kia in early March 2022. After the purchase I learned additional information about the vehicle from the previous owner. After informing the dealership of the information and that information reaching the owner's desk I was contacted. The owner was very understanding of my concerns and wanted to resolve the issue. After explaining what I thought would be a fair resolution, the owner agreed and the concern/issue was resolved. I'm very vocal when it comes to dealerships taking advantage of people. However, I also am very vocal when I receive quality customer service and I must say that this dealership works to satisify their customers. I will consider them again if and when I'm in the market for a new car.

I've had good experiences with this dealership in the services department. They have never tried to oversell me on anything, they would just tell me what was wrong and fix it. the few times they have had to fix my car (and I mean only a few over the last decade) for the most part it stayed fixed. When it didn't I took it back and true to their word, they didn't charge me to fix what they thought they had the first time around.
In the past, when I've had my cars worked on at other shops, something kept happening with my car, or they would keep charging me for what they were supposed to the first time around. Maybe I was young and naive and didn't know better.
Yes, I hear some of the people who have harped on me to learn how to maintain my own own vehicle, (which I didn't have until I was older) so, when I can't do it myself, they have earned my trust that they will do right by me.
