      Yes! They love the freedoms the military provides, especially the freedom to sell a vehicle that has a major mechanical issue; identified after purchase.

      After I purchased a vehicle from this establishment, a mechanical issue was found that needed to be fixed to ensure safety while operating the vehicle.

      After informing staff and 3 general sales managers of the mechanical issue, they made promises: trade-in, fix the mechanical issue, and schedule basic appointments to address the issue with me; all promises were not honored.

      I recommend to any vehicle buyers, especially military service members, to avoid buying from this business. They will not assist you in a time of need, follow through on their promises, and avoid communication with you after purchase.

      Done with they told me when I bought van no problem getting hood fixed when I told them I was backing out of deal after almost a year of lies now they tell me not covered under recall bull I told a manager I was going to write a bad review and contact better business about it he says hold on let me see what I can do
      After a little while calls back says no new hood but they were going to by new bug reflector and install it at their cost they would call as soon as they got them
      2 weeks have gone by and guess what nothing from them

      DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE LIERS AND CROOKS MINUS 10 ON STARS NEXT CALL BBB I AM DONE CALLING AND WAITING ON THEM

      The car I bought was from here and it's been one year transmission is shot has extended warranty on it and only 11000 thousand miles won't fix it or let me trade it in was told that they would only give me $500.00 for it but charged me 12000 bad business to ruin your life

      I bought two vehicles from Bob Johnson, both under market value. I bought a 2018 power wagon through Logan Bishop cheaper than I could at any other dealer I was looking for. I had several problems occur with the truck, an after market exhaust had broken off. They were able to get me my preference of the stock exhaust, at no cost to me. Logan made sure it got fixed. The service department can be a bit slow, but they have a larger inventory so it is to be expected. In addition to my power wagon we purchased a Chevy traverse. Very clean car, in good shape, however we discovered that year of Chevy traverse has a lot of motor problems. We went back and forth to Pulaski to utilize the manufacturing warranty of Chevy for the past six months. Bob Johnson did a great job explaining us the tough situation, and worked with us on a resolution. I definitely recommend Logan Bishop. If theirs a problem he does a great job managing his busy work load to fix problems.

      This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Kenneth Reed was honest and attentive to what I was looking for and needed and with the help of his manager was able to get into the vehicle I not only needed but wanted. I never got hassled and was well taken care of. It was also very quick and not so much of a long and drawn out process. Overall everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and the professionalism and customer service displayed was top notch. It is because of this customer service that I drove away from this dealership satisfied as well as secure in my decision to purchase a vehicle here.

      RAM is running a promotion of 20% off MSRP on 2022 RAM 2500's through the end of July I saw a truck online at Bob Johnson in Watertown on Tuesday and called to make a test drive appointment for Friday, giving the sales assistant all of my information, as well as information on the truck I wanted to test drive. I traveled three hours to the dealership. When I arrived, I was introduced to my salesman, Logan Bishop, who leaned back in his chair and asked "so what can I help you with?" I was confused, as I was very specific about the vehicle I was coming to see. When I explained the purpose of my visit, Logan tells me that they had three of the 2022 RAM 2500 diesels, but all of them were sold. In the meantime, my husband was walking around outside and saw the truck I wanted to test drive with a SOLD sign and a DELIVERY DATE of 7/21, which was the same day we were at the dealership. Back at Logan's desk, I struggled to keep my composure as I asked him why I was not given the courtesy of a phone call to tell me that the vehicle was sold and they had NO 2022 diesels eligible for the 20% off MSRP pricing in stock. At that point, Logan changed his story to say that the truck I came to drive JUST SOLD moments before I arrived and the gentleman was in the dealership filling out paperwork and that's why he didn't call. If the truck JUST SOLD and the gentleman was doing paperwork, why did the truck already have a SOLD sign on it with a DELIVERY DATE of 7/21. To avoid making a scene, I simply stood up and walked out, with Logan calling out to me as I walked away. Once outside, I went to look at the SOLD sign on the truck and Logan followed, again calling out to me that the truck JUST sold and if I stuck around, maybe something might change. The man was TAKING DELIVERY of his new truck! You have no other 2022 RAM 2500's on the lot. What was going to change and why didn't I get the courtesy of a phone call, as the truck sold well before Friday morning. The truck was sitting right in front of the dealership and was meticulously detailed for delivery. Logan must have believed that if he pretended not to know the purpose of my visit and lied about the vehicle JUST BEING SOLD, I would somehow be interested in purchasing a different vehicle from him. WRONG! It is outrageous that the dealership was given my location information and information on the specific truck I wanted to see, but failed to notify me that the truck was SOLD well before I left my home. Common courtesy and customer respect would have dictated a simple phone call to tell me they had no 2022 RAM diesels on the lot. On our way home, we stopped at Friendly RAM in Penn Yan, New York and I purchased my new RAM 2500 diesel in GORGEOUS Granite Crystal Metallic from a terrific salesman, Cassidy Case. I value honestly and integrity above all, and Bob Johnson RAM in Watertown failed to exhibit either of these character traits.

      Last year booked service appt online . Showed up for appt and was told online booking not working and had to reschedule 2 weeks out . Last week started using the "book appt " on their website with response "you will be contacted shortly " sent in 3 requests with no response so assumed after a year online service still not working . Called the number and selected service department .. lady answered stated she needed to grab her schedule .. on hold for 10 min then disconnected. Called back on hold another 10 minutes then told booking service a month out .. seriously .. if the online service booking is not working TAKE IT DOWN !

      Took my truck for an oil change First they didn't have us written down for the appointment. Yes! We made one! Second they didn't have the oil filter or any oil to do the job. not Impressed

      Today I experienced an attempt to overcharge me for services not requested.

      Two days prior to service I informed the gentleman over the phone that I wanted navigation added to my truck's stereo system. He stated that it would be 45-60 minutes. When I arrived at the service department of the dealership, the lady asked about doing a diagnostic on my radio. I told her no, I was there for navigation to be added to my vehicle. I asked her how much it would be. She again stated that a diagnostic of 45-60 minutes was $134. I again stated, "To clarify, I am here to have navigation put on my vehicle." I waited 75 minutes in the waiting lounge and then was told I was all set.

      The same lady was ready to check me out when I asked, "So was navigation added to my truck." She didn't know. I stated, again, "That is why I am here. That is what I informed the guy two days ago." She went to the back and came back and said they checked the vehicle and it can be added with a device. I said, well that is why I came an hour and a half ago.

      The lady said that I could apply the $134 to the cost of the "device." She said it was $599 including labor. She then brought me back to the parts department. The gentleman there, who seemed more knowledgable, stated that an app for navigation could be added to my truck. He stated it would cost $599 and take 30 minutes. I said, Okay, that is what I would like. He stated that he could get me immediately. I left to run an errand and returned about 15 minutes later.

      Upon my return, my truck was immediately serviced. About 30 minutes later the same lady was ready to cash me out. She stated the cost was $714 (in addition to the $134 I already paid). She tried to state that labor was taken off the bill, which happened to be $62 per hour. When I explained that I was told it would take 30 minutes and that is what it did take, she stated that it is in the system as two hours. I then asked to see a manager.

      Upon her return she went to the computer and removed $62 worth of labor from the bill. She informed my of the reduction. I told her that I already paid $134 for a service I didn't want. I simply wanted navigation put on my truck at $599 plus tax. I then asked, "So are you denying me to speak with a manager?"

      The lady then left and returned and stated that he said to apply a $134 coupon to the bill. She returned to charge me $502 (plus the $134 I already paid). When doing the math, this is the exact charge that should have been made had the proper service been provided ($599 plus tax). Unfortunately, it took nearly three hours and not agreeing to sign paperwork for service NOT requested, to arrive at my original reason for being there.

      I am very disappointed that a service manager couldn't take the time to come out and speak with me and the fact that I spent an entire morning at a service lounge for something that should have taken 45 minutes.
